What they have should have done was the Ford F150 version in 1/7 scale. This was already done a few years ago by the Chinese with the ZDRacing 1/7. I have it and the 1/10 hpi one. Would have buy that truck to if that exists....in a heart beat 😍
True. I get that this one is licensed but the truck wouldn’t been sweet! I did order this one tho. I have the HPI 1/10 and their 1/8 wr8 Ken Block and just got the two 1/10 Team Associated Hoonigans. I don’t have the ZD but to keep it 100…that build looks better than this.
It’s only $20 more than an infraction and honestly I’m impressed. Other than the deans connector, which is an easy fix, this chassis seems solid and it looks like it could easily be modified to fit proper huge power
Thanks for the show and tell. Hard for me to pick this over a Felony, though. The deans kill me. The 10th scale Hoonicorn stickers were jacked up too, but they look kinda cool as they peel and rip off.
UD MY BROTHER, this thing is SIIICK!!! Thanks for showing us, GREAT VIDEO my friend. Always appreciate u taking the time. Keep up the awesome work! ❤️💯🙏👌😃
the flysky transmitter / receiver combo is a brilliant and cheap starter radio set , they come as the standard set up with my LC RACING RC'S and my HSP HISPEED GT RC'S , and here in the UK i managed to purchased two spare radio /receiver sets for only £29 UK pounds per each set. . There is a procedure with this combo set how to get the RC car connected and working , obviously you follow the instructions on how to do this . I'm waiting and looking forward to purchasing both the SR7 , and CARISMA M48S AUDI SPORT QUATTRO S1 when they arrive here in the UK , so I can purchase both cars . I really like the flysky FS-G4P transmitter / receiver package , i have no complaints with them whatsoever . 😁 😁 😁 . 👌👍 .
I'm sorry but the prices rc company's been dropping lately are crazy love the concept but cheap flysky remote don't even have the screen for 699$ rc like damn dont get me wrong have a flysky with 8 rc attached to it but the remotes now a days need to be spiced up a little
Thank you for the unboxing and detail look at the car! To be honest, I really like the adjustability right out of the box compared to the 6s arrma onroad platform. I also like that they used are more common fan size for their motor cooling. The optional light kit is also neat. Not sure if it is worth the price compared to a Felony or Infraction to be honest. I am interested in how it performs. If the price drops lower than 590 then it might be a good alternative to arrma.
It looks beautiful and very appealing. But the alternative would be to buy an Infraction chassis and slap a BittyDesign body on it with your own setup inside. Is that worth $700 or less?
It’s really more about being a Ken Block fan. I have 2 Infractions and a Felony but still ordered this. Arrma should’ve just got the license and did this instead of imitating it.
550.00 and remove the deans connectors, cmon TA, stop being so damn cheap. I will buy the FSR Model GT, if Arrma doesn't announce any updated road cars this spring or summer smh.
Got excited to see the truck then saw body pins. SMH. Then the ugly blue motor mount. Then t plugs. Then I believe I heard 4s. Sounds like a over priced sweet body with stickers that fall off. It's to bad because they make some of the best race rcs. Thanks for the unboxing. Good job covering everything.
Doesn't seem to be really any different from an infraction. I guess the licensing fees to hoonigan make it expensive. Don't get me wrong it's a sweet car. I love the body but $700 seems a little steep but I guess it's the going rate.
@@UDRC85 I don’t think you get what I’m asking. He says they’re belted. If they are then you can’t run that tire all the way to the wheel like I can my vipaz.
Thanks for showing us what's up. Definitely appreciate it ❤ Ya not for me.. alot of plastic there.. And the stickers would drive me nuts. Fine details are what make or break a good looking vehicle. Fake Carbon stickers are better off not being on there if they cant do it right.. Definitely looks cheap with the sloppy edge stickers
there is absolutely nothing wrong with that flysky transmitter , i have them with my LC RACING RC'S and my HSP HISPEED GT RC'S , they work and work well . Even if you spend more money on a transmitter they are still made of plastic and don't perform no better when you are just racing around on the tarmac street / road .
I don't think it's worth almost 700. It's nice but there are cheaper that look just as nice and have pretty much the same components. Recat has some pretty nice street cars that are in the 400 dollar range.
nothing wrong with deans they are fine upto 4S power per plug , as long as they are not the faked made variety , there is absolutely nothing wrong with the performance of a properly made deans plugs 🤔 , you are not going to be running the car at well over 100 mph on your street / road , it wasn't designed to be a 200 mph speed run RC car now was it 🙄 . Also a deans connector can handle far more power than the actual stranded cable it is connected to , and it's resistance doesn't even enter the equation anyway as it's a mute and minute difference between it and other supposed higher rated plugs that people are using trying to break over a 200 mph speed run record 🤣🤣🤣 . You've just been brainwashed by too many you tube video nonsense from those 200+ mph speed run guys running in very hot weather conditions trying to break a 200+ mph speed . Even with a higher rated ESC with two deans plugs you can still run a car 8S wit two proper deans plugs , but you would still have to get a higher rated brushless motor anyway to run 8S still with 2 deans plugs 🤣🤣🤣 . The car hasn't been designed to be hitting Those speeds well in excess of over 100 mph 🙄🙄🙄 . The theoretical top speed of the real hoonicorn is geared for a top speed of 255 mph . Scale this down to a 7th scale RC , and that theoretical top speed is only 36 mph . We all know the SR7 on 6S will absolutely trounce and blow away that 36 mph mark . The SR7 was just designed to be as realistic as possible for an electric brushless RC hoonicorn car 🙄🙄🙄 . Another mute point is that the two deans can handle more amperage current than the ESC and it's installed motor in the car 🤣🤣🤣 . Plus when you try to run your RC at 100 + mph , no matter how good or how expensive the lipo batteries you purchase , they won't last that many charges before they need replacing because of cells going bad trying to push those 100 + mph speed figures 🤣🤣🤣 . Also I will give you an example of even a less capable connector , the little BEC connector . You can run two 2S lipo's split and connected to one little BEC connection with a 16th scale RC car say with a small 3300 kv motor and get 35+ mph and still not run into no issues whatsoever 🤣🤣🤣 . Both my 14th scale LC RACING EMB RC'S and my 10th scale HSP HISPEED GT RC'S running 3S stock out of the box , both run 50+ mph just with one deans plug , the LC RACING buggy just with a small 2845 brushless motor , and the truggy version runs a 2850 brushless motor and the HSP HISPEED GT runs a 3652 brushless motor . Threre is absolutely no causes for concern at all running my RC'S on one deans plug at 50+ mph with any one of their brushless motors and the their ESC's 🤣🤣🤣 .
@@ianjohnhorwood2605 well i am definitely not gonna argue with that kind of explanation lol.i know deans are fine upto 4s specially if there's two of them i just meant they look pretty outdated compared to other connectors and the esc itself looks a bit small for this size vehicle.
@@derealiteit and my cheaper than the ARRMA FELONY , FTX SUPERFORZA GT' has better quality built alloy parts inside it's chassis , than the more expensive ARRMA FELONY , and the FTX just has slightly lower gearing than the ARRMA with a difference of around 5 mph slower top stock out of the box 🤣🤣🤣 . Neither cars were designed to run over 100+ mph anyway 🤣🤣🤣 , but everybody and his dog still tries to make them do over that 100 + mph to top speed for their own cars bragging rights ability 🤣🤣🤣 . I just run my FTX SUPERFORZA GT cars stock with the with the front splitter removed , an easy 55+ mph for less less frontal drag on the chassis and have no handling concerns nor straight line speed stability concerns , with two good and strong High C rated batteries 🤣🤣🤣 .

The motor mount placement is gonna be the killer of arrma gives you way more room for longer can motors
Yeah. I was able to install a 34t pinion with stock spur of 45t. I think it can take a 35t pinion with the factory mount.
I bet there will be a v3 infraction coming soon that’ll use the limitless v2 chassis. Those rollers can fit 20 series motors easily
