So I have applied for several jobs that align with my skills and experience-writing cover letters that are concise, describe my interest and how I can help the RUclips creator-but I haven’t gotten any replies back.
Any tips??

I'd see if they have their business email public and send my cover letter and resume that way - or finally reach out on Twitter/X if they have their DM's open. Good luck!

I’m not denying it’s a lot of work for the amount your getting paid. However alot of editors just starting out with minimal experience would look at it as an experience gainer in order to eventually work with bigger channels that can pay more
