Another thing I noticed is creators wanting to hire ONE editor and pay for ONE editor, but providing samples of creators that actually achieved those results with THREE or more full-time editors on their team, paying for all 3 of them. In projects that are flat rate, this should be addressed. That person offering 100-300$ to get the same results as "Film Booth" is totally out of touch.
