Zac’s cadence as Colin was sooo funny this season was great. Also really underrated part of Zac’s performances recently have been his face work his expressions are perfect and convey so much. “Kill anyone for you” “thanks Colin!” 😂
Seeing all the moments clipped together it’s SO clear they had something going on and Zac and Lou were playing that intentionally as romance / divorce arc as people say. Like I knew but it’s nice to really see that they knew too. The karna deli Colin love triangle was so good, and then Colin’s weird friendship with raphaniel 😂
Shoutout to the reveal in AP that Lou was considering having Deli carve a scar into his chest with the cheese rind dagger as a permanent reminder never to trust anyone. Lou decided that was a little too "Crawling in my skin" though, lol
I think Aabria sums it up pretty well. She dies and within 6 seconds of it happening (1 round of combat), Deli immediately starts calling him Skald again. They're so in love, ughhhhhhh, I might have to rewatch
If I had a penny for every time Zac's character gave up on something Lou's character was the leader of, and it caused upset because they used to work together and now Zac's character is checked out, and they resolved it without rolling dice by having Zac's character leave and Lou's character be disappointed, I'd have two pennies, which is an interesting amount of pennies.
I think it’s just heartbreaking that this could be something really good, but Deli and Colin oppose each other in so many important ways. Deli wants to make his clan proud and make his mark, but Colin can no longer support him when he sees that Deli is blind to all the destruction his point of view brings to everyone else, including himself. Like the title of skald is sweet at first because it was made specifically for Colin but towards the end we see that it can just get passed to whoever is next in line. I love these two and overthinking characters and their motivations should be my full time job lol
I do think that it’s actually the nature of love that comes before the nature of it, they sit at the precipice where it isn’t romantic OR platonic, it’s pure untapped energy which fuels their love
@@daphneglasurus7886 i mean to suggest the relationship is not inherently platonic, it has the capacity to be whatever it needs to be, and they formed a very deep bond, it’s not shallow or sexual in any way for sure
@@lukefisch9483 perhaps not but it’s not necessarily not platonic. Many men are afraid of connecting to other men because it will be seen as inherently romantic. I think a relationship like this would be a wonderful friendship to show men.
"I'd kill anyone for you" spoken straight up on their INTRODUCTION SCENE together. Insane. Zac and Lou need to go to jail

"raphaniel is my freaking best friend"
"deli, crushed, is going to turn away"
“If you wanna turn your back on whatever THIS is” ugh so good 😩❤
Literally insane romance. Deli says he saved himself because he doesn't think bro nights with Colin counted.

thank u for this they drive me insane
Oh gods, I need to rewatch this season so bad! Colin and Deli and Karna and Raphaniel and Amangou and ooooo
@3:33 Who’d’ve thought that Colin undoing his belt was the *last* thing Deli would have wanted. 😢

Damn I’m really wracking my brain for the other sitch. Fabian and Gorgug with the Owlbears?
@@daphneglasurus7886 Yes mam :)

I'm happy that as a community we all saw the clear romance between those two, which was never going to be realized agdjfk
Lou has had so many marital problems on this show
ugh fineeee I'll rewatch the Ravening War AGAIN
didnt watch this season but oh my god... im a forever fan of the deja vu edit and this added context makes it even more sick
We need their big break up with some emo Midwestern music over it
So can strawberries only be horses and not people in this setting?
I’m obsessed with this relationship but I see it as a deep heterosexual friendship. Men can deeply love each other without wanting to smash.
I’ve been waiting for a truly dramatic performance from Zac and this didn’t disappoint 🥲
