The house looks amazing from outside, I like the privacy that it gives to the owners meanwhile you don´t feel trapped, but the whole outside and inside is breathing within. It is very connected to the nature and light. I love the earthy-color-palette of the house. Beautiful transformation. I applaud!
Having spent the day there, all the highlight windows were amazing, catching glimpses of the trees but not feeling like you’re on display to the street. It was a wonderful feeling!
What a gorgeous project. Really enjoying your channel, thanks for all the wonderful interviews and inspiration. This one especially will have some impact on our project.
Lovely and serene, I especially like the exterior. What would be a challenge for me is the lack of entry hall, a place to kick off shoes, hang up coats and umbrellas and such, but perhaps one doesn't deal with that so much there.
That is a good point, and this layout respectfully won't work for you! But I'm sure if you added that in your brief to the architects they'd definitely accomodate that 'kick-off' space.

Very interesting home design. Compelling street-front facade. Fun geometric window sizes and placement. Interior seems a bit natural light deprived, one narrow window in the large living space. Maybe big art could help moderate the blank walls. But overall, a great house.
Love this space.. I actually just bought the dining table they have to use as a large work desk so I can fit 2 monitors, a drink, and some doodads on it. It's beautiful but commands a proportional price tag - but it'll all be worth it if it lasts until I'm wrinkly!
Love the outside of this building - it draws you in. Inside is cleverly done as well, though the timber ceiling on the ground floor gave me the impression that the room was dark (maybe that’s what the client wanted?) and that it was a bit claustrophobic - maybe it was the videography that gave that impression???
Muy bonito pero veo que hay poca iluminación les hubiera convenido un domo de cristal o hacer las ventanas laterales mas grandes al menos al 50% de la altura de la pared.

Beautiful design and the roof is stunning with bar fridge too.
We agree!
That house is everything meaning stunning
I really like this house. Please keep up the good work.
All the ‘good work’ goes to McMahon and Nerlich, the architects behind the home, and of course the homeowners! We just point a camera at it.
Such a beautiful transformation.
Amazing transformation! Really nice work guys. Love how the girl is almost laughing on the tape, makes me giggle! We need more videos!
Rob and Kate are just amazing people!
Functional, minimal and calm equals an amazing home. The roof terrace would have sleeping on it staring at the stars.
One can dream of this!
Clever use of space . The facade is great. I wonder what was used to enclose the terrace...
Love the contrast with the black, great job 👏
It certainly makes a statement! Would you do something similar for your own kitchen?

My gosh this is yummy gooey caramel. I’m in love 😳 🤤
What an interesting way to describe a home! Haha
Fantasti!!!
Love this video . Would love to know who the architect- interior designer is
McMahon and Nerlich - it's mentioned in the video and in the description.

The timber ceiling makes the room feel dark and heavy.
Unique exterior & beautiful interior but no offense, the furnishing like sofa is quite a mismatch.
This looks more like batman's seaside cave than a home.
Would make the spaces feel more real if the person opening/closing doors would actually take something out and use it otherwise it's just silly.
Beautiful
