I would have liked to hear more about how the house functions in terms of power, water, internet etc. You showed a massive water tank and a nice solar array, but didn’t talk about them. You just showed us pretty pictures, and said it was “modest” over and over.
The choice of materials for both the exterior and interior is so appropriate for such a beautiful location (especially that stone work!) love this! ♥

Same, I can see myself actually buying and living in this during my first lifetime.
I know they weren't the main aspects, but the two additional structures weren't even mentioned.

What a beautiful environment to live in. Its gorgeous to gaze upon this breathe taking panoramic views of the snowy mountains. I will visit Australia one day and explore the snowy mountains region, particularly the Jindabyne area, katoomba among other beautiful areas. The area seems serene, very calm and peaceful away from noisy cities. I love adventure and World travel. Thumbs up

I like the the cabinetry they’ve done a nice job with how they’ve trimmed out and keeping things very minimal I like it I would like to see the beams be a little bit heavier but that’s just personal taste. I think all in all it’s a very nice property and what a stunning view.

Wow! What a spectacular house! Thank you so much for showing it! I truly appreciate the design and interiors. Just look at the details, even all door handles are wooden. Very very nicely done and great selection of materials! The only question is closet space, I haven’t noticed any closets there. Where owners or guests put their stuff?
I also admire the camera work and great presentation! Personally, I would love to have a quick sneak pic of that barn behind and hear a couple of words about solar, water management and other engineering solutions in this house.
