    Good video! I am a morning workout person. And i have found what works good for me is a cup of coffee and a rice Krispy treat before my workout ( about 30 minutes before hand) and then i do some protein half hour after my workout.

    I can only workout fasted. Based on real world experiences for me if I eat lean real protein before a workout, even hours before as recommend I'm 100% shitting myself during the workout. This is great info for the majority of people so don't dispair if this doesn't work for you, you are not alone😅.

    Great video as always. However, I have a different experience. I have been working out for the last 20 years and tried everything known to man. If I eat any protein within 2 hours before a workout, it slows me down no matter what type of protein it is. And the only food that gives me energy is something like a small pancake, donut etc. But when I do that, I noticed that I am not getting as dry and 'slim' after workouts given my purpose is reaching maximum definition. With that being said, after an empty stomach workout, I have to eat quicker to get some blood sugar but I feel it is healthy to give the body the chance to 'drain' like this, kind of detoxifying. I am curious what other people's experiences have been like?

    8oz Fairlife skim milk with a whey isolate and a banana 30-45 minutes before I hit the garage gym.
