2021 Peugeot 5008 Review | Mark Nichol | How Is Something This Massive Also This Good To Drive?

  • It's a well established fact...well, it's the opinion of some people, including Mark...that the Peugeot 3008 is the most dynamic family crossover on sale today. Imagine, then, the discovering that there's an enormous crossover with seven seats and a huge boot that drives just as well. That's basically what the Peugeot 5008 is. Nice. Mark explains all in this video.

    One thing worth mentioning about the 5008 - unlike the smaller 3008, you can’t get the 5008 as a plug-in hybrid model. This is probably because the batteries in the hybrid versions of the 3008 are also where the 3rd row seats would be in the 5008 - in the boot floor.

    The trunk cover can be shoved in just behind the 3 row before you fold them up, but its not very easy to do

    • @drmengawyong
      @drmengawyong 3 года назад +1

      I have had German cars for decades (Audis , Merc GLC) and Lexus after poor experience with 2 x Citroens. Wasn't getting any good offers on GLB or Audi os dealers price matters
      service was poor with Audi make you go back repeated if you oil, brake service are different timing rather than the same. Had shit experience with mer where brake pad lights came up and mechanic said they were fine - clearly not at a repeat service so lied and mer said difficult to see pads- so why tell me they were fine
      Took plunge - with 2021 5008 love it, for 34K GT premium I would be paying 50K for Audi or Bmw or Mer. Dealer experience still shitty with Peugeot but drives well, spec good, electronic spec great lane assist parking works scarily
