The True Origin And Character Background Of “Rex” And “Jin” From A Well-Sold Nintendo Game Called Xenoblade Chronicles 2: This is the real honest truth about myself and I understand if you people don’t believe me, but it is really messed up and it is the truth of my sad, pathetic, lowly, etc. life. I am somebody who was deeply and personally screwed over by god, Jesus and religion because of my genetics / soul which God and Jesus don’t like and have a problem with it. There is a video game called “Xenoblade Chronicles 2” made by a company called Nintendo and Monolith Soft and I was able to figure out that the character of “Rex” and “Jin” were based off of me. Jin is supposed to be the version of adult me who is the strongest human of all time, the kindest human of all time, a good writer, but is also the biggest coward of all time. Rex is supposed to be a diver, the most helpful person of all time and the most forgiving person of all time. The character of “Rex” has talents, qualities, characteristics, etc. that Jesus has. I noticed how these two characters in the game reminded me of myself and how there were things in the game that reminded me of things that happened in my life and by putting the pieces together I was able to find out that these two characters called “Rex” and “Jin” were really based off of me and was able to find out more about myself and my screwed up life. The thing is that because God and Jesus have a problem with adult me being the biggest coward of all time he will most likely send me to hell forever and will also send child me to another hell of some sort because I have the same talents, traits, characteristics, etc. to Jesus which god must view as mocking Jesus or something even though it isn’t mocking Jesus. The thing is that who I was born as was all 100% random, uncontrollable, unchangeable, etc. and I could do ABSOLUTELY nothing to prevent it, so God and Jesus torturing me forever for that is truly 100% evil, immoral, terrible, etc. on their end. The character of “Jin” is also ugly, depressed, autistic, etc. just like I am in real life. I was also able to figure out that god supposedly has possessed my body at various points throughout my life without me being able to remember what happened. This theme of me being possessed and not having any memory of what happened is a main theme of the “blades” and the character “Jin” in Xenoblade chronicles 2. I was able to figure out through Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and putting the pieces together of things that happened in my life and strange coincidences that I have been possessed and mind controlled by god and his magic at various random times throughout my life and when I got jumped at my Amazon job was one of those times because I was attacked while being possessed / mind controlled and unable to fight back against the people attacking me. I am very mad, angry, hateful, etc. at God, Jesus and religion for this and everything else they have done and will continue to do.

Picture this... A black screen gets separated with two lines, one horizontal, one vertical, before opening outwards, and covering the screen. It's an ancient ruin. Shulk is seen fighting off Ganondorf and Mewtwo in a vicious fight. Despite the Monado heir's best efforts, Ganondorf's mighty blows overpower him, driving him back. Mewtwo swoops forward for an attack. Shulk sees a vision, showing him that a Shadow Ball will be fired from his right side. He reacts, and turns ready to counter, only for the attack to come from straight behind him instead. The Psychic Pokemon read Shulk's mind after his vision, and changed its attack to compensate. With Shulk on the floor, barely able to stand, Ganondorf strides forward, raising his sword. As he steps forward, the camera keeps cutting away to a pair of boots running forward. The Gerudo king gives a small, sinister chuckle, raises his sword, and brings it down. The screen goes white. Slowly, the light fades. Ganondorf's twisted smile turns into a snarl, as his sword meets another. The camera pans down his sword, showing that the weapon that stopped his attack is a brilliant crimson sword, with blade made of fire, and an emerald encrusted in its hilt. This music starts playing. The camera pans to the sword's wielder, who gives a yell, and pushes Ganondorf back with a burst of flame. The camera pans around the boy, the crystal in his chest glowing a brilliant green. "Okay. Time to take you down!" *REX DRIVES IT HOME!!* The salvager and the king exchange blows, both on equal footing. Tired of waiting, Mewtwo swoops and looses another Shadow Ball. Rex turns to see it in time, but can only raise his sword in defense. A barrier of energy in a hexagonal pattern suddenly forms around Rex, dissipating the Shadow Ball. Rex smiles, and turns to see a woman dressed in red stride gracefully toward him. "Careful, Rex. Don't get carried away again." "Don't worry, Pyra. We got this." Driver and Blade both grasp their weapon's handle. "Now let's show 'em a thing or three!" Fire bursts out of the sword, surrounding the two in an inferno. After a few seconds, they lunge towards the camera with a shout. Gameplay footage plays, finishing off with a white screen. *Super Smash Bros Ultimate X Xenoblade Chronicles 2*

Currently, I'm standing outside of the Final Boss's room. Waiting to press the button. I came back to listen to this song one more time, and it literally almost made me cry reflecting on how this game has affected me over the course of the last few weeks. What an incredible journey. Thank you, Monolith. May all your future projects be as impactful and incredible as this gem of a game.
This song. Oh this song. It is simply epic, a theme of triumph in the face of despair. As the cousin of Engage the Enemy, it acts not only as a direct parallel, but it's opposite. Engage the enemy was somber, foretelling loss and sorrow. This song is much the opposite, foretelling triumph over hardship. Both of them have one thing in common, however. They both tell of a battle of which the circumstances do not matter, only that right now is the time to fight. This song is one of the best in the game, and while it isn't quite as good as the heavily emotional themes that really make up the great parts of the soundtrack, it is quite amazing.
Xenoblade and Ys VIII has the most AWESOME Ost's i've ever seen/heard! Im hyped for Ys IX Monstrum Nox for Europe! (i prefer german translation but you cant have all what you wish for)
This is one of the best songs in the game. Edit: I return to listen to this song and I see 600 likes on my opinion. Guess I’m not the only one who thinks this
I mean while im happy for more xenoblade 2 music im also looking forward to the nigh instantaneous odds of Zanza The Divine getting into the soundtrack.
I cant say It Is better than the 1, because the songs of the places like Fallen Arm, Satourl Mash, Makna Forest, Colony 9, Gaur Plain, Valak Mountain, A Refugge Camp, and so many others... But Xenoblade 2 Is veeeery close, I love a lot of Xenoblade 2 songs, It Is Just that Xenoblade 1 have more that I love
@@pedrobeckup456 Xenoblade 1 is still my personal favorite from the 3 main games, so I understand what you're saying. However, in terms of music, Xenoblade 2 just has more quality and variety than Xenoblade 1, and it's not even close. For example, Xenoblade 1 has only one vocal song, it's ending theme, which is beautiful. Whereas Xenoblade 2 has 2 (Or 3 if we count Torna) vocal songs which are masterpieces that surpass the one found in Xenoblade 1 (Especially Drifting Soul, what a beauty). Furthermore, the environment songs in Xenoblade 2 like Argentum, Gormott, Torigoth, Uraya, Mor Ardain, Fonsett, Indol, Tantal, Spirit Crucible Elpys, Morytha, The World Tree, etc. are all masterpieces!! Xenoblade 1's OST is just fighting an uphill battle against Xenoblade 2's superior OST, in my humble opinion.
@@TheRebornExpert It might just be nostalgia but I really prefer the XC1 environments, I dont know how to explain my feelings right but there are more places where I want to go after finishing to just listen to the music than Xenoblade 2 has. I think I didnt found a place like Fallen Arm in Xc2 for exemple. Or a place like Colony 9, the caves. But there Is no place like Mor Ardain in Bionis, that song is just soooo amazing (I havent been in Mechonis for more than a year so I dont remember very well) And I think XC1 has more variety because It has more distinct places to go While I think Engage the Enemy Is better, I would never change Counterattack, especialy in the first chapter, that was so perfect. And I must say, when Nia revel her true form, Drifting Soul Violin version hits so hard, that is my favorite scene in the series (considering I have only played XC1 and Xc2) But when comparing "Riki the Legend Heropon" with "A Nopon's life", the first one is so much better, It can be silly but not that silly, It get guitar and the end is epic. Nopon's Life Is not bad, but it could be better. It is unfair that Riki's song apear only twice for what I remember :( But I didnt found a song like "Every day Life" in Xc2, or "Memories" But when speaking of history, I think Xc2 had better vilains, better past, better mistery, but Xenoblade 1 had a better protagonist develop (cant even compare) a better beggining, more mature characters... I cant say which I prefer. Both games are great, somethings I think is better in one than the other but nothing one does better the other dont do It bad, is great too. I need to play both again more times to say. Both marked me so much. Now is see If Xenoblade 3 will overcome these to me. I am afraid of playing Xc3 because after that I dont know when I ll be able to play another Xenoblade, and finish a universe I love so much.. But there are a lot of others Jrpgs I havent played at least
It is. It reuses a lot of the same motifs. They've mixed it up a little, but most people who heard this after playing the first game recognised the similarity.
Hmm. I find it interesting and kinda refreshing to see that there are people who do like Rex. I think he was an ok character but grew into a being a much better character through the story. However, every other character in the game are so damn amazingly good it makes Rex look bad in comparison. From a design point of view to the writing and handling of the characters. Everyone else are so incredibly well done it really makes Rex look bad. I'm one of those who rather wanted Homura & Hikari to be implemented without Rex. Glad it happened. Though if I had a choice I would have chosen Malos, Jin, Lora & Merefu instead.
You're probably here for 1 of these 2 reasons: 1. Chuggaaconroy is doing his XC2 LP and you're nostalgic for this OST 2. Someone told you this theme sounds similar to Dokkan's LR SSJ2 Vegeta (Angel) OST and you're here to check it out (Edit: apart from the intro, 0:57 might be the similarity you're looking for too) 3. PYRA AND MYTHRA ARE FINALLY IN SMASH
Usually you might be able to imagine your own cutscenes in your head when an OST you like plays... I mean I do. But Counterattack only brings back Xeno 2 memories. It was just THAT much Epic and Memorable.
I get it now. The trinity processor in a nutshell. This very formula that I’m about to reveal defines every moment in the xenoblade series... Malos: guitar Pneuma: violin Alvis: piano
One of the best songs on the entire game (from my point of view), it' gets u super hyped and ready to whatever comes next (also makes me cry bc it's so beutiful i can't)
2:27 when Azurda came swooping in, it was legitimately one of the most intense "holy shit" moments I've experienced in playing narrative video games in a few dozen years. Hell, any theatrical media of any sort. I'm not trying to be like "XC2 HAS DA BEST CUTSCENES EVER" or anything hyperbolic, but yeah... while I was expecting SOME sort of deus ex, I was not expecting it to take the form of someone/something that I had assumed was old, decrepit, and incapable. Was just such an amazingly gutbusting moment of "ah, so they ARE creatures of power."
And that was CHAPTER ONE. A lot of games I've played recently save a lot of their big moments for later in the game but are dull as hell until you get there. Not this game.
Yeah love that moment, had a "Final Moment of Glory" feel to it, an old man past his fighting prime is able to pull off one more moment of awesome to save the day.
@@maxrichards3881 There is no requirement that it be only in the final act. It merely means a sudden, seemingly inexplicable solution appears to a hopeless situation. To wit, Merriam-Webster: "a person or thing (as in fiction or drama) that appears or is introduced suddenly and unexpectedly and provides a contrived solution to an apparently insoluble difficulty " Oxford: "The phrase refers to the theatrical device whereby a supernatural agency is introduced to solve the dramatic situation; hence, any artificial, introduced, external, and ad hoc solution to a problem." Note the lack of any indication about the finality of the act. But, let me borrow your words: A deus ex machina happens whenever! Stop correcting people on the use of the term when you're not even right!
The theme when Rex finally makes it into Smash. I haven’t lost my faith yet. Edit: This reveal was the worst thing in the history of anything ever. Rex is now the punching bag of the internet. I’m not happy.
If Rex does some how make it in imagine this: Zeke Mii sword fighter Morag Mii sword fighter Jin Mii sword fighter Captain Padraig Mii gunner And if they really wanted to go crazy they could make Malos a Shulk echo.
And its always so fucking well timed in the game. Like when mythra first uses foresight, while you see the future its the guitar, and when time resumes, the bait and switch happens
Xenoblade Chronicles 2's soundtrack is my favorite soundtrack in the world. This is because it has EVERYTHING. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Metal guitars. Acoustic guitars. Soft piano. Blasting synths. Intense battle themes. Grand orchestral pieces. Jazzy compositions in torna. And often, all of those things within the same song. What is there NOT to like???
why does everyone act like the uno reverse is a "no u" type thing? it literally just turns around the player order, not something that another player did.

The scene on the Ship when this played the first time was when the game captured me.
"Okay. Time to take you down!"
*REX DRIVES IT HOME!!*
The salvager and the king exchange blows, both on equal footing.
Don't get carried away again."
"Don't worry, Pyra. We got this."
Driver and Blade both grasp their weapon's handle.
"Now let's show 'em a thing or three!"
Fire bursts out of the sword, surrounding the two in an inferno. After a few seconds, they lunge towards the camera with a shout.
Gameplay footage plays, finishing off with a white screen.

As someone who has only played 2 and 3 and seen a lot of 1, 3 definitely is hands down the sparking best game
And this is why Xenoblade 2 has the BEST OST of the mainline Xenoblade games! What a masterpiece!!
But there Is no place like Mor Ardain in Bionis, that song is just soooo amazing (I havent been in Mechonis for more than a year so I dont remember very well)
And I think XC1 has more variety because It has more distinct places to go
While I think Engage the Enemy Is better, I would never change Counterattack, especialy in the first chapter, that was so perfect. It is unfair that Riki's song apear only twice for what I remember :(
But I didnt found a song like "Every day Life" in Xc2, or "Memories"
But when speaking of history, I think Xc2 had better vilains, better past, better mistery, but Xenoblade 1 had a better protagonist develop (cant even compare) a better beggining, more mature characters...

A deus ex Machina happens towards the end of the story, and this is the first fucking chapter! Stop misusing deus ex Machina!
To wit, Merriam-Webster:
"a person or thing (as in fiction or drama) that appears or is introduced suddenly and unexpectedly and provides a contrived solution to an apparently insoluble difficulty "
Oxford:
"The phrase refers to the theatrical device whereby a supernatural agency is introduced to solve the dramatic situation; hence, any artificial, introduced, external, and ad hoc solution to a problem."
Note the lack of any indication about the finality of the act. But, let me borrow your words: A deus ex machina happens whenever! Stop correcting people on the use of the term when you're not even right!
