Jacob Pritchett but I also think it’s coding stuff as well: if you look at XC1, it seems like only one character is allowed to talk at a time. Any time one person’s dialogue is triggered, nobody else’s gets triggered until that person is done talking. In XC2, that’s not happening at all and all six characters just talk over each other.
This is the theme of chain attacks for me... Can almost hear the voices of party and the announcer, and feel a sense of anticipation for the next qte, heh.
I mean, they said that they didn't put Rex in to the game because they had already decided the fighters in smash when his game was released, but an arms character is getting his way in, so I don't think it's difficult to get Rex in to the game!

My god, what a symphony of sounds. So many notes and instruments crammed into the mix, yet it all flows so freely. This is a fantastic successor to the title’s clear reference. Bravo.
I never understood the "Just another Sword Character" argument. Like who gives a damn if they got a sword that doesn't automatically disqualify them from potentially being an interesting character. Hell Pyra/Mythra being able to switch stances already makes her a more interesting character than a lot of other options available.
I hoped XC3’s would be “You will say our names” “You Will Know Our Names - Finale” is a bit safe for what’s possibly the final main “Blade” game in the Xeno series
This, Those Who Stand in Our Path, Incoming, Death Match With Torna, and After Despair and Hope are my favorite boss/super boss theme in the game. Still Move Forward is my favorite regular battle theme. And this is my favorite theme overall.
If you ask someone who played Xenoblade Chronicles 2, they won't remember this song but they should start having flashbacks if you yell "DOUBLE SPINNING EDGE!" or "ELEMENTAL BURST!" in their face.

Didn't get the same hype I got from "You will know our names" but I think the more I hear it the more I like it.

I never understood the "Just another Sword Character" argument.
Like who gives a damn if they got a sword that doesn't automatically disqualify them from potentially being an interesting character. Hell Pyra/Mythra being able to switch stances already makes her a more interesting character than a lot of other options available.
You will hear them saying that again when Lloyd from Tales series is included as a fighter lol.

“You Will Know Our Names - Finale” is a bit safe for what’s possibly the final main “Blade” game in the Xeno series
This, Those Who Stand in Our Path, Incoming, Death Match With Torna, and After Despair and Hope are my favorite boss/super boss theme in the game. Still Move Forward is my favorite regular battle theme. And this is my favorite theme overall.
I did my first full burst on that driver enemy in the leftherian archipelago and this theme played during it. It was fucking awesome
