@2:55! That's the moment that gave me a sudden rush of a adrenaline. I'll never forget the time when first hearing it. I was doing yard work and listening to Scream Bloody Gore in its entirety on a Sony Walkman CD player (this was somewhere in 2007)
First time I ever listen to this band or death metal in specific, I am not disappointed at all. Just what I expected from earlier death metal. The vocals sound like a giant reaper is talking and yelling at you while sitting on a giant throne in a dark temple, may be a flimsy description but I’m just saying that this shit is good. I’m checking out Leprosy next.
Sounds a lot like original, The only way for scream bloody gore to get a clean sound is to re re cord the guitars. It's like leprosy they did a remaster but the drums sound fucking terrible.
Cool stuffs ,I really love all remasters things have done , but I have to say that I hate those Ugly Splatter vinyls , I think the remaster have to be the closest look they were made (even in how the LP looks) if you like variety maybe just a solid blue and red are good options in addition to black classic LP.
I got scream bloody gore and leprosy on vinyl back in the 17th century or something, then when the wonder of CDs came about I had them on cd, then when computer dohickeys came out I was headbangiing at my desk in work then too. now I'm 178 years old or something and wrking from home moshing in my computer chair and smoking the bong. It all works out in the end eh?
Yeah you could really notice it.Fw it tho gives me such a raw hardcore sound. When I hear this album sounds like some shit made from an evil ass crypt.👹🤘
+TheFaceKiller There's still a huge demand for remastered albums. Especially for this one, because it was the worst sounding album in Death's catalog. Spoiled kids like me who are used to listening to really clean and clear production usually skip this album because of how hard it is to listen to, but now it can be enjoyed like it's 1987.
AND ALSO THATS THE MOST BRUTAL CLEANEST SCREAM IN MUSIC HISTORY.AND I DO NOT WANT ANY REPLIES SAYING THAT OTHER BANDS HAD MORE BRUTAL SCREAMS THAN THAT.THIS IS NATURAL VOICE NO DISTORTED EDITING.
You know the song gonna be good when there’s an immediate scream
Well cliches are cliches because they work

We all miss Chuck!
Shit
I like how chucks vocals changed with every album
This one and Leprosy are kinda similar vocally
Chuck with Sepultura shirt
Respect
Timeless.
Fukk me, I've almost forgot how amazing old Death's albums are!
RIP, Chuck.
R.I.P chyna and princes
This so killer, death had a raw, fast, badass and clean (yes, clean. Have you listened to similar death metal tracks?) Sound unmatched today.
Definitely in the top ten of best intro screams
And another one is Leprosy by them
In death metal yea not metal overall
The tecnical, speed and the perfection is awesome… this is a master piece album !🤘🏾
"Evil" Chuck the best death metal vocalist of all time. RIP!
Best SBG track.
Zombie Ritual, Evil Dead and thats track
Don't forget Sacrificial, probably the catchiest of them all.
Looming Dawn Yes, sacrificial is great. And denial of life:)
Infernal Death is great too.
For me it's gotta be Regurgitated Guts. Has the best riffs on the entire album IMO.
One of their best songs
R.I.P. Chuck Schuldiner
(1967-2001)
Wow! He was only 2 years older than me. He'd be 52 now.
this song has insane vocals, good job Chuck
Los pioneros del death metal así a muchos no les guste, una banda que marcó mi vida.

Happy Anniversary, Chuck! World needs someone like you!
For everyone that doesn't noticed a lot of differences:
First > Remaster ≠ Remix
Second > Buy a good headphone set and listen to the CD's
Od tego wszystko się zaczeło, szkoda że już z nami nie ma Chucka. Śmierć wiecznie żywa !!!!

Killer song
Chuck is the greatest musician ever. I'm saying is because nobody has been better than him.
I read an old steve digiorgo interview where he said he was close to playing bass for this album. Imagine that! I forgot why it didn't happen though
Chuck rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chuck the GOD.
We love you Chuck.
@1:58 - insanely fast riff :-))
You can thank the skank beat master Chris Reifert for that

I have a Leprosy reissue on black vinyl and it sounds very good!
Vamo el Millo!!! Yeah but the drums on leprosy are aids.

No, but on demo version this song have a blastbeats
@@fahrezirafid8 oh to me it sounded like a primitive blast beat but it’s probably just a insanely fast skank
No it's just a fast skank beat like Chris Reifert does them, kickass drummer, second best Death drummer after Hoglan

TheFaceKiller The person who wrote all the music for Death, died in 2001. That's why the band isn't active anymore.
