the one and only
Thanks
Pra sempre a melhor banda de black metal da historia!!
Dissection!!!
the drums are unreal
Listen to Christian Vander in Magma, you will really fall to the ground !
The drums are normal. They’re not out of this world is standard for four-time.
The drums are sloppy as hell, but imo it does add to it
i am just getting into black metal and for now im absolutely in love with symphonic black metal. i just found this album and i know it will be great when the intro is fire
The greatest example of guitar work ever made.
Agree.
What a foolish thing to say! 😅
@@rossmerrill1163 Not if you can't recommend me something at least equal to this refined majesty.
Timeless and epic. Top 3 favorite bands of all time if not the top. If you haven't watched their live concert and appreciated the magic in all that is please do so. Man...I really wish I could've seen Jon and the guys play. Tremendous talent we all lost.
16:06 Where Dead Angels Lie is such a Beautiful song ❤️❤️ Sacramentum - Far Away From The Sun and Noctes - Pandemonic Requiem and Sear Bliss - Phantoms are amazing also.
try listening at: DEATH METAL VS PINK FLOYD thanks
Even in Low-Fi, it´s a great album. Jon Nodtveidt was a music genius. Him, and Chuck Schuldiner, fathers of extreme music.
Best meloanticosmicblackneddeathofhellintheshadowsofthenight album ever made
This is the best black metal álbum i've ever heard
Another extrodinary example why the 90s was the metal decade. Fret work like magic, Swedish, emotion, on fire. Scream it the fuck out.
Топ, один из лучших в жанре.
If the album art looks like a Magic card from 97 you the record is gonna slap
*-If you ask me what extreme metal means to me, I will tell you that if extreme metal had a name that identifies it and is its banner, that would be: John Nödtveidt"*
*-John Lennon.*
Jon Lennon?🤣
Nope
I’m calling
You on that
Супер что 30 лет назад слушал ,что сейчас
а уже 20 лет как ничего стоящего не выходит
My all-time favorite black metal album ever written. I know arguments can be made for Bathory, Varg, and Dark Funeral, Emporer, Thorns- yet this one album is a masterpiece front to back. So far ahead of its time.
Varg lol
@@containternet9290 lol
Dark throne in my opinion has better albums.
nada se le acerca, ni de lejos.
Thank you for reuploading this great album
Man this album is sick! Everytime I come back to hear it, I always find a song that stucks in my head, timeless masterpiece!
'Where Dead Angels Lie' always does that!
uno nunca ha oido este album por completo asi lo haya reproducido 1000 veces...
Eternal!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Every year I usher in the winter with this album. It's a tradition now.
Nice 🔥
Such a masterpiece. RIP Jon, wherever you are, and thank you for so much and sorry for so little.
