0-100km/h demo test at 27:02
We will be doing our full acceleration test soon.
The I-Pace is a HELL of a LOT better looking than the SUV's you pictured at the outset of your video.
AND the Tesla Model X !!
A DC fast charger will replenish your battery quite quickly UP TO roughly 80% full charge - the remaining 20% will take a LOT longer due to preprogrammed on-board battery protection
Awesome review. Lots of good practical info 👍
Thanks for the feedback!
All new charging stations are ccs type 2. The University charging station in wollongong was installed many years ago and is ccs type 1. Time they upgraded.
Door handles not copied from Tesla, JLR have had them for years they reduce drag
The door handles are from the Range Rover velar
Awesome review 🔥🔥👊
Thanks!
Can u Please make a video with the BMW 1602???
I had a similar result in acceleration 👍🏻
New zealand has the same charging system. U get a keyfob sent to u and tap on machine. It then charges use to your credit card
Lovely like its chiseled out art piece. Yep jag has been making better looking cars than the germans recently apart from some smaller Audi!
Real beauty
RSL ... like a massive pub?! 😂😂😂. For viewers outside Australia it’s a Return Services League for war veterans. Which is basically a massive pub! 😂😂
I like the exterior styling but very much dislike the interior way too much piano black sheet plastic and the ergonomics I just wrong. Good to see more electric cars on the road though, it's about time the internal combustion engine folded its wings and died.
Push - Pull - Turn... and you're confused by this?
Could you please tell me what the app is that you have on your phone? Thanks.
the glare from the dash is something else. very annoying
Fasten the camera to the car.
This style of video is known as POV; point-of-view. The aim is to give you a first-person experience.
great video thanks but what happens when there are 20 cars waiting to charge and it take an average of 1.5 hours....?
Good point. But EVs aren't very popular yet (in Australia anyway). By the time 20 EVs are lining up there will probably be more charging stations. Also, most owners are likely to have a proper wallbox installed and probably won't/don't use public stations all that often.
PDriveTV Hyundai a very busy installing charging stations around Australia now.
Also worth mentioning that most people will be charging at home at least 90% of the time
@@DiHandley yeah interesting but how many chargers can they possibly have in one place...? plus who wants to wait around for a couple of hours when the battery runs low...? i still think you could still have 20 or 30 cars waiting for 4 or 5 charging stations if evs take off in oz - the math doesn't work for Australia
@@Chilukar true but that rules out long trips which we (& many other aussies) do quite often
There is a motor and a radiator under the bonnet!
Not in the traditional sense ;)
That climate system is going to be a nightmare for on the road use 😬
