I live in Lima Peru South America. When I visited England I couldn’t believe how green it was, the grass, the forests, everywhere it was green. You are very lucky to live there. The cottages are beautiful. You will find your dream house and it will be a place that will ignite your creativity. You are very fortunate, embrace the joy.
Similar vibes--I'm in Phoenix, Arizona and I am awestruck by all the GREEN in the English countryside.
Loved Peru when we visited! England is green but too expensive and little places are very thin on the ground... fingers crossed though!!! xx
@@theunexpectedgypsy Oh, yes! I adore my country! It’s diversity and history and the people.
You may know, (if not, you should), that the "royal" family owns at least 1/6 of this Earth. Well, the Queen did, so I'm assuming the remaining family members now hold the so-called rights to it all. Including some of the actual *oceans! Ridiculousness, IMO.
Anyway, you are a lovely, gentle soul. I totally adore your voice and accent! And your artwork and studio! The natural light from that perfect "roof" is amazing! Sorry you have to move. I missed the reason.
Your "dream house" was stunningly unique with character and gorgeous grounds! Too bad, so sad about the drive
there, distance from town and the radiation assault. I can relate to that! (Five gee towers everywhere you look. And hidden, in trees, steeples, etc.)!
But, you'll find your place when the time is right. I hope soon.
The U.K., England, (is one more proper to say?),
has pretty countryside, like here. But, I'd like to trade places for a bit.
Peace and Blessings,
A fellow sensitive artist from America (PA near Philadelphia). But, I
grew up in a different place named after an English town. Imagine that.

@@theunexpectedgypsy Its expansive like everywere. Because 8 billions of humans leave on Earth and most them are neoliberalist (economy) base on offert and demand, not troc. We need to acquire money to buy anything. So the more you are up in the social pyramid of a rich country, the more you have access to opportunities, make money, and can consume. Because its what we are told by industries, publicities, the more you buy products (their), the more you will become happy. A lot of competition exist between companies, they create for us a endless list of needs... its cool but the problem is that the ressources are not enless, neither the people who work in shop.
After years of wishing, I've finally come to the realization that the Universe puts us where we're needed, even if that's uncomfortable at times.
I wish you and James all the best in your quest for a true home. ❤
yes, sooo true,,,, and thankyou xxxxx
Same. Namaste', Wendy & James. Thanks so much for sharing your journey. 💖💖💖
Ditto to that comment... acceptance and being right where you are is the perfect place... Sometimes hard to accept but in doing so you attract good to you... But you already know this Wendy... I had a thought after watching your beautifully honest video, that what you could do is perhaps go on some weekend stays in pretty cottages there are plenty on Air BnB then you can immerse yourself in the feeling of being in that place you so want, and help manifestation along the way with the good feelings you would get from the stay.... Just a thought lots of love xxx
100 percent ❤
I have two bits of advice:
First, measure all the rooms in your flat and the space in your studio. It is so easy to fool yourself into thinking a potential space will be big enough and everything will fit. Then bring a tape measure with you to measure the potential space so you can compare. This is especially true when there are other aspects about the place that you love and you really want the space to fit your needs. It’s one thing to intentionally accept a smaller space knowing you will have to adapt, than it is to be surprised and perhaps horrified at the prospect.
Second, things that bother you just a little (like tiny roads, cell phone towers and gardens that aren’t so private) will really bother you over time after you move in. Don’t fool yourself into thinking “you’ll be able to adjust.” Waiting for the right place is hard, living with the wrong place is excruciating.
Really enjoyed seeing your potential properties. The country side is so beautiful!
you are so right and yes, james takes a tape measure. I love what you say about those little things because yes they can turn into unbearables for sure! wating is better !! xx glad you enjoyed and yes, it's sooo beautiful especially where the school house was! xx
that is a very practical idea!
Hi Wendy and James,
My thoughts for getting a property:
Pop notes through the doors of houses you like the look of and think are in your price bracket. Ask them to keep your details if they're not interested atm.
Have you asked on social media groups in the areas you are interested in?
Adverts in shop windows etc.
Ask in your local pub as word of mouth could help.
A few years ago I kept having dreams about moving to a property with a very long garden....it came true in 2019...wasn't even looking then...I was approached and the rest is history!
(I had a lady post me a letter this week wanting my place so people do do it)
Good luck...positive thoughts to you both
Ness (also uk)
I live in South Australia 🦘
We have the same housing issues here. A friend of mine was looking for a rental property recently. We looked at 42 different properties. Some were just horrible, but the price was still $450.00 per week. She had the same issues just to get a viewing.
My personal view is if you can buy you won't have to go through this stress again unless you choose to. Good luck, stay positive
You will find the place that is just for you, Wendy. Sending you positive vibes for that. 🔮🦄💖! One small suggestion: My husband was raised by a filmmaker. He taught me this about filming - as you move, imagine that the camera is an almost full cup of water, and move it so that the water will not spill over - smooth and gentle and slow. Your walk-throughs will be more leisurely and beautiful. 🏡🎨🤓 Who knows? Maybe this pace and gentleness will attract your lovely beautiful home to you. 🧚🏻♀
I remember when I was looking for a place to rent years ago ,I drew on paper a lovely garden and a nice room looking out forgot about it then after we moved in found the drawing and realised it was the one in the picture,so my tip is draw it😂
Aw Wendy, very difficult for you and James; I'm going to do some work for you today, manifesting, I mean. Going to do it right now. I'm so lucky we have our cottage, with a place for Steven to work. A man must have his sheddy barn, an artist must have her studio. After 37 years, we both have our little pieces of heaven and I'm grateful every day for them. Right...to the pendulum. ...xx
aww, thankyou xxx glad you have your place xxx and yes, get that pendulum xxx
When you find it you will know and everything will just fit together. Don't fret. We've bought two houses in Germany. When we knew we were moving to Munich my husband thought it wouldn't work. We were the last people to see the cutest little single family house with a garden, a pool, a sauna and a direct train to Munich. We thought no way...no chance... I don't know why they sold it to us, but they did. We are so grateful. Who knew when we began looking this is where we would be. Open your mind to all the wonderful things you have dreamed for and look. Who knows what the fairies will blow your way... Never forget the magic factor.
There are a lot of gears that turn the universe and when they fall into place your dream house will come. Don’t lose hope Wendy!
yes, there are, thankyou xxxxxx i will try!!! xxxx
Wendy you are so honest and real I just love your channel!!!! You and James are cute together! ❤️❤️❤️
I looked at 36 homes before I found mine... if I wasn’t working, all my time was spent searching for my home. The one I found had good bones, but wasn’t in the location I wanted and I had to compromise on a lot of things I thought were important at the time. But over the years, I turned my diamond in the rough into an absolute diamond that is perfect for me. Just keep looking… you will find your forever hone.
I had to go back and view that home again - what an amazing place. The architectural details of curved windows, little window
nooks, the yard and those incredible views ... wow. I think many more people are sensitive to EMF than even realize it.
For instance, I think the woman who lived in the amazing house may have been struggling and didn't even realize it.
Where are we humans going to live when 'they' make our environment unliveable!? xx
Gorgeous place, but at too much cost.
all true it was sooo quirky! and yes, we need to shift track on some of the powers that shouldn't be!! xxxx 'they' are not going to win, we are!!! xxx
@@candaceburton1747 yes! xxx
You know... some people would pay YOU to be their neighbor - nice high vibrations, good people -
I want YOU both to be our US neighbors!! Is the
high desert in the US too far away to rent?!!!xx
Crikey, your dream home was very beautiful but I can fully understand why it wasn't meant to be. I live semi-ruraly and I HATE driving along narrow lanes. Wishing you all the very best in your search for your lovely new home 💜
We felt hopeless at one time too. And then all of a sudden we moved almost 1000 miles away. To a beautiful home with a mountain backyard. Forest full of trees. I’m in my happy place. Hang on! You will get there!
Dear Wendy I know how important it is for us to have a home where we feel cozy and safe and happy. I am praying for you and James to find the perfect little place! Thank you for always trying to keep your light shining bright even when things seem gloomy. I always feel encouraged when I watch your videos. You shine much brighter than you realize! Thank you again Wendy! Hugs to you❤
I am not sure what your home situation was during the lockdowns, but I would like to encourage anyone out there who is contemplating working from home and looking for a new home, to never underestimate the importance of a home with a garden. I am a teacher and during the 2020-2021 lockdowns I had to work from home. My son was also home doing his online school. Nothing made more of a difference during that time than my garden did. The simple fact that I was able to walk out on my patio and enjoy the sun, the trees, the flowers and the birds kept me at ease, relaxed and inspired. I teach art, and I am also a working artist, so believe me when I say, the house you live in has to take main priority. Think of it as your sanctuary, and if you have space to park a trailer, or a van, you can always have a little escape room or a camp out in your backyard.
❤❤❤trust there is the right place awaiting both of you❤❤❤
My life turned upside down when we chose to sell our house in January 2023! We foolishly believed we would find our dream home right away. The Market is so tight here in the US, and living in the woods began to look like a dim possibility. Out of nowhere a neighbor decided to rent his home on the same road we sold our house on...! so we rolled 2 doors down and landed in a perfect little rental. My husband and I are in an application process to join Bryn Gweled, a local homestead community, only a few miles from where we live now, and it is on over 200n acres in the woods. This process will take time, but everything in life worth waiting for is where the magic is! Our home sold in 3 weeks, leaving us needing to be out by May 1st! We were in so much stress!!!! My heart feels your sadness deeply. My way of coping with the stress was turning to my journal and writing down my emotions! Here is the trick, ( and I believe why we landed in such a perfect rental so quickly) write down how you will feel IN your dream home. You must feel as if they are happening NOW ! So as if YOU HAVE your dream home, and are moving in! This magnetizes what you want to manifest to you energetically. It works like a charm. So raise your emotional energy by meditating on gratitude, sing, play, dance...whatever you can do to raise out of sadness...then right in your journal and poor in all the emotions of how you feel grateful for your new perfect dream home! It's so magical to work with energy in this way! Paint it SEE yourself there as if it is happening in the NOW!! I wish you joy and laughter as you magnetize your perfect little slice of heaven! You got this
Hello Wendy, thank you for the video, I feel for you both and anyone else in same situation, I have my forever home, garden space close to woodland walks not far from the coast etc, small village, lovely,My point is this, watching your video and reading some comments brings home to me just how difficult it has become for so many people worldwide to have their own space with all that we hope and dream about. I agree with your thinking, I will think of you and many like you and not take so much for granted. I wish you well in your search, there is light at the end of each leafy lane imagine how you want your home to look and feel visualise it become part of that visualisation.
Your forever home is waiting for you and James .🌹💚
Hugs and Blessings.
After dozens of false starts and a 3 1/2 year wait, we found our little home in 2019. It was some of the most difficult and heartbreaking waiting of our lives. We almost bought ‘the wrong’ place a couple of times. Thankfully, they didn’t work out. It will come! I’m sending all the good house hunting vibes and patience in wait. 💚💚💚💚
I'm in Northern California, Humboldt county. Honestly my first thought of you & James was that you lived here! Same vibe. Your housing market will change...fast as it will here in the states. Hang in there. You haven't found something because the universe has something better for you on the other side of things. Better for all of humanity. If you're ever in Humboldt you might start house shopping🌊🌲😉
Couldn’t afford a place of my own in our warmer parts of New Zealand - so moved to South Island - best decision ever. Your safe place may be not where you expect it to be Wendy🙏🤞
Beautiful honest video..don't stress, take it step by step..you will find a place in the right time , 😊
Bless you!! I do believe Wendy, what James said about you finding just the right place will happen. Bless you both and sending peace and happiness!!!
I've just watched your first video here and I need to write your poem down its so lovely and also need to go down the rabbit hole of watching all of your others now and see your art too :)
I wd love so much to live in a cottage and loved the tour around with yous, that house was beautiful 😍
We live in a third floor council flat and live it but really really craving a garden now esp with two dogs.
You speak so much sense , I'm sure I'll comment more the more vids of yours I see ❤
We will always support you and your endeavors. God bless you.
bless you thank youx xxx
Its 2.30 in the morning and I can't sleep. I was pleased to see your new vlog. Here in Australia the housing especially rental is beyond desperate. People are struggling with just putting food on the table. I'm so extremely lucky to live on a small farm, with no neighbours in visual veiw. I have my own studio next to our house and a massave garden and abundance green space and bush around me. But its not all roses all the time, farming is a hard way of living. Its also socially isolated so too. I've learnt in my 56 years that you have to chase your dream, but also there is a reason for everything that is not immediately apparent. Look at homes that you would normally pass by, look outside the square. You are such a lovely being and this journey has a reason that will sculpt shape in your future. Thankyou for keeping me company ar 2.30 in the morning, listening to the frogs and crickets that are our night creatures and reminding me how lucky I am to have what I have.
I live in the southeastern part of the US. We are older and just paid off our house-which has a huge yard and for which we are grateful. Now our small town is growing and tiny apartments are replacing the woods where the wildlife were. Track houses are covering acres and acres. I want people to have places to live, but the cost of living is going up. Glad we are not starting out. I loved visiting homes and getting to see small bits of England with you. I lived in some low budget places before I got married. :) Luck and love!
We sold up everything and brought a narrow boat, where we were living we had to put up with anti social behaviour from our neighbours and it was very stressful. As soon as our adult children were settled we new it was time to make a leap of faith. I hope you find your special place soon ❤
I’m praying you find something perfect for your beautiful artful souls. I know it’s on the way. I’m in a similar situation ❤
My Dear Wendy, we live in Canada and are seeing the same rent issues as you have described in your beautiful video. We send love and light across the ocean to you. Thank you for sharing your hope. ⚘
I had to decide to be happy and grateful for a place that was very far down the list of what I was dreaming of and I’m so glad I stopped the endless searching and started to make what. I could of something that needed work and love. I put my whole heart into making it a beautiful little nest and I am so glad I stopped waiting for “perfect” and made the choice to settle down in a place I could afford and make into something wonderful with my own sweat and vision, & some magical fairy enchantment.
Hello Wendy, sorry to hear and James are having a hard time finding a place to call your own . That was my home town Iminster , and one of the shop use to be a old dappers but now reuse to artist, such a lovely shop . Please keep positive, there is something out there i am sure . Sending soft hugs Teresa xx
aww thankyou xx i will try for sure!! thanks Teresa xxx big hugs to you too x
I could so see you in the second house, all that character! Understand the emotional roller coaster you are going through.
I'm sorry the homes you looked at did not work out. I do hope you will find the right home. It needs to feel like home and the right time. Always stay positive, never give up, onward you go.
You're very sweet. Your closeing remarks ALWAYS make my heart open softly. I have moved all over the US from east coast to west with many in between. Born in Manhattan lived their for 1 1/2 years as I was practically brand new. We moved to Long Island into my parents first home where I made many friends as I grew up as the neighborhood consisted of parents with 1 to 6 kids. Parents took us away from our home of nearly 16 years.I was devastated. Then to Pennsylvania because of my father's job, for a few years, then back east to New Jersey Where I finally had a great school year! It turned out to be my best high school year. But deep inside I still grieved New York where all of my friends and relatives lived. When I did see my numerous cousins it was great but not the same. I felt very much left out stemming from my own mind's crazy twists like since my family moved we were all alienated. Nothing of the sort was ever even suggested by my cousins. Was all me thinking this because I would have given a lot to go back home and never leave again. I missed our house in N.Y.and my friends and even my school. Pennsylvania was a huge letdown, at least where we ended up. In true podunk. Very bland with little to do as I was the only older school girl around. I think there was all of 3 shops in town--shoes, clothes (which were surprisingly pricey, and the P.O. I had excellent grades, and was in the National Honor Society, but because they didn't know me, they stuck me a lower level of classes and classmates which bored me to tears, literally. I did manage to make a few superficial friends, work backstage in the play they put on. BUT THERE WAS NO ART CLASSES. DEVASTATED AGAIN. The people of the town made loads of fun down by the railroad track where brave and braver put coins on the track which got flattened or squished when the train came thru town. Ugh. Did it once and never again. We did have this blow up canoe that my brother and I took down to the river across the street. Lot of rocks with sudden deep spots where kids were jumping in. Hard to control boat. So that was that. Rode my bike all over on lonely country roads that I loved. The country scenery was wonderful with farms and animals and gorgeous blooming trees in Spring and trees that changed beautifully in the Autumn. I won't bore you with any more moves as this is making me sad and thinking what my life would have been like if I'd stayed in NY and went to college there. XOXOJANE
The universe is guiding you to your future dream home and so far, you've seen places that don't have that Wendy & James energy. I wish you both the best on this journey 🌻.
i will be patient then!! xx big loves xxx and thankyou xx
Oh, what an emotional roller coaster. I feel your struggle on so many levels. I’m so glad you and James have each other to offer support, humor, and perspective. Also, I think the blue cocoon girl is my favorite of all your journal entries. Hard hugs to you.
I’ve moved 7 times since 2010…….I’m a house I don’t feel happy in (renting). Exhausted, so I feel yours and James pain. Got to keep smiling, 😳❤️😳
Live can be hard sweet Wendy. When I feel low I imagine the horrible situations so many people live in. I go to Cairo every year to see my Egyptian family. The people in the city live with noise and pollution 24 hours in cramped houses and they are poor.
I hope you and James will find your dream cottage. And I will pray for that. In the meantime, count your blessings. It really helps!!!🤗😘❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹
Hi Wendy. I totally agree with you, the land & housing market in the UK is Bonkers. Where I live renting was reasonably easy & affordable; until recently. Airb&b had dramatic effect. Rentals are few & far between, those that do pop up are asking over-the-top rent & deposits, its disheartening.
So many people with second & third homes whilst so many more are unable to find/afford a descent home.
It is something I feel passionatly about. Everyone deserves a safe comfortable home.
I hope you & James are rewarded for all searching & find that dream home soon.
Lots of love to you & your viewers 😊
yes Airbnb did change things rather.... and you are so right, everyone does deserve this! xxx big loves to you xx
I’m ready for the next move forward Wendy I’m a great believer that when the time is right , we will be lead on the path to achieving our dream place. 💫🧚
so true so true, i do believe this too xx big loves
It is so easy to watch someone and feel like you "know" them. But I just want you to know that you are absolutely precious! Your light shines so bright. And I just know to my core- that wherever you end up on this "cottage" journey (as long as it does not cause harm or illness with your EHS) you are going to make it amazing. Your positivity and outlook are what will make you thrive. Know that you are so loved! - your friend (lol -even though you don't know me) - Tonya
Maybe you have to connect with that place that you imagine inside of you to make it appear and knowing it is possible. It worked for me.
I understand what you’re going through. Never ever thought we would get to our seventies and not be able to rent a home. Like you I am grateful that I currently have a roof over our heads however the M60 motorway is next to us. The search and knock backs are soul destroying and it seems the older you are the harder it gets. I crave peace and quiet. I will not give up the search as I believe if it’s meant for us it won’t pass us by. One day eh Wendy and James, we will get our forever homes.
ohhh good luck to you too!! I feel you and yes, I think it is harder as I get older too... I crave peace and quiet.!!! xxx big loves to you too x
You’re not naive at all sweetie…it’s intentionally bonkers & you’re right…we all reside on this beautiful earth, we can’t go anywhere else & yet the powers who would like to think they are, continually make it harder by shifting the goal posts & adding laws upon laws.
Create a painting of your perfect cottage & garden & hang it somewhere where you can see it every day.
Say to yourself: I see myself living in a wonderful place. It fulfills all my needs & desires. It’s in a beautiful location & at a price I can afford. Say this every day…miracles happen all the time 💕
Love love love your content, my dear. Visit the towns and villages you're drawn to...visit them often, get to know the shops and cafés and the people there. Luck favors the prepared. Something will magically pop up and you will be in the right place at the right time. Dream your dreams and don't give up....and I will try to follow my own advice. Much love and luck to you and James ❤
I believe you will find your perfect place, or it will find you! It is out there. You said it yourself, enjoy the journey as much as you possibly can. ❤ That is the "way."
Agreed...not being able to find land or a home does seem unreal😢..you will find the spot❤
Hang on in there Wendy, your perfect home will come along! Loved the art shop you and James went to xx🌺🌼
Hi WendY, That’s a Monster SconE 😃and a cute little town make no mistake and quite an interesting house with lots Of nooks and crannies. Im sure it has been proving to be very disappointing but I’m sure the right place will come for you soon.💕💗😊ThiS is why the arts are a life saver.🎭🎨🎼🧘♂️💃
I need a place to live too, but I once had an incident where I was anxious about something and these words I came across came back to me at that time... "when you relax, it will come." So with my current need to find a place to live and a new job, I am still searching, but I am relaxed about it and confident it will come! All the best to you and James in your search for the right home.
You both are such wonderful people!! I know there is a home that is waiting for you to find it! Best wishes on finding a safe space!
My dream of life is to move back to the UK with my sweet dog to a cottage. Praying for you folks....I have faith your home will find you :)
Aww, prayers for you too xxxx we always have hope xxxx
Gosh, dear Wendy, I had such a lump in my throat and tears rising when you read your poem out to us. It showed me how much I also seek that safe space and that even though it is inside, there is something about finding it in our surroundings too. And such a beautiful blessing at the end, so softly imparted, I ended up in bits, but good bits, if you know what I mean xx
The art shop would make a quaint home🥰🥰🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹
Oh Wendy, I really feel for you and James. My partner and I are also going through this too. We've always rented but my heart is forever hopeful that one day we will have a little home to call our own. I've actually found a house (it's very very run down and not habitable at the moment) that I'd love, and just like you I've imagined myself living there, doing it up and loving it. These feeling run straight through my heart but I also know that we're absolutely no where near being able to do this financially. I think of it every day and try to stay hopeful that one day it will happen. Keep those feeling for yourself too, you will find your forever home 💕 Thank you for another wonderful video!
I have been studying the law of attraction for over 25 yrs. I would love to give you some of my tips and tricks and even share some of the stories of the things I have manifested (big things). It might help. I wish someone had been willing to help me years ago. I am here if you want to reach out. The perfect home is out there for you two, I can feel it! Sorry it’s been such a struggle. . . What a lovely area you were looking in . . . Sending lots of love to you and James💚
Wow that was full to the brim 😂 the universe will have your back it’s a waiting game and every day is a privilege so I’m sure it will all work out ❤️
WONDERFUL video. Thank you❤😊❤😊❤
It's difficult I know, I been worrying about my job, feel a lot of pressure on me,I am hoping there is light at the end of the tunnel. I hope you get your dream home Wendy and James and things will get better for you. 🎉 🍾🥂
Hmm, with you. We have spent all year looking for our forever home. No luck here. We had to move out of our last place due to landlords selling it. Now we are in a tiny cabin with everything we own in storage, still looking and trying to figure out how to make something from nothing. Quite an initiation to say least. Middle aged and looking to plant roots....why is this proving to be such a challenge? Rough times. With you. And we keep on keepin on! Biggest of hugs 🤗
Dearest Wendy and James it was so enjoyable coming along with you today.
Beautiful places to walk hand in hand, the village shop was lovely.
It is hard not to get discouraged when we want something so badly and it’s just not happening yet. Keep your chin up my sweet friend, James is correct when he says the right home will come your way. I’m always praying and hopeful for you both.
Like me, you’re happy to have a roof over your head and a studio to do your beautiful art works.
Hope is a positive emotion that you cannot let go of and visualize yourself in your perfect home for you both will enable the universe to open up that perfect safe haven for your home. I believe this will happen for you.
Your poem is lovely and your Blue Lady fits my mood sometimes to a T.
Much love Wendy, keep shining your light and know you are appreciated for all your wonderfulness.🧚♀️🧚🏻
Thanks for sharing...I am also going through lots of change at the moment and wondering where it will lead !! "Enjoy the journey" the only truth that can be applied💝💕🥰
The last town was magical. Maybe the purpose of the quirky yet impractical house 20 minutes down the tractor trail was to bring you to that area. Maybe something else will present itself to you in the area.
I do find that so backwards that the Crown owns most of the land. I live in Texas and you are free to buy land wherever but there are restrictions depending on where it is. I have been in the same boat. Whether it’s renting or buying, everything has gotten so expensive and hard to find. I bought an RV and live on 5 acres of someone else’s land. Sounds great but again you are limited and it doesn’t feel like home. My search will continue and I wish you luck in finding yours.
I loved your poem. Thank you
Wendy it took us nine months to find somewhere. I’m an artist, and very sensitive to the right feeling derived from a property. Just bought a church hall partly converted with incredible light, and a stunning garden. You will find somewhere, meanwhile, you are welcome to come and take a look.
The universe will bring you the home that you love! Picture it, draw it and manifest it! Everything in due time! I know you’ll find it!
will do will doooo!!! xxxxx thankyou!
You magnificent woman!
I am so very happy that you have a fella,to comfort and be by your side!
A triumphant duo!!
Stay happy,you gorgeous woman,I have such a massive crush on you,just because❤️🥰
Wendy, there is no doubt in my mind that you will find the place that you belong. A place where you will thrive and be able to relish in all of the things that you want to do. Keep looking, dreaming, and believing that it will happen. It is waiting for you!
Masts are a no go!!!! The owners looked like they were moving out to find more room for their too much stuff. Lunch place is great.
yup! for me a def no go!! and yes, I think they had rather out grown their stuff!! xxx
I just love your videos Wendy you’re the sweetest lady!! The right house will come along have faith sweet girl!❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹
Oh, yes, life does get bumpy at times. I'm learning how to hold on and when to let go. I do hope you find your dream cottage soon, Wendy. Real estate seems to be so hard to navigate no matter what country. My son and daughter-in-law are looking for their first home here in the US and every time they find the right one it's snatched up before they even get to go see it. And the crazy prices! I do believe that what's meant for you will find you and it will be even better than you had hoped for. Keep shining and helping all of us to shine too! xo
However things may seem, I hope you remember on your low days that it must just not be time yet. I find that when forcing something or compromising too much to fulfill what "we" think we need is when we make our biggest life-errors. I know you know this. These steps are necessary on your journey to reach your ultimate destination. Try to think of it as that way.
Thank you for that beautiful poem you wrote on home, dear gentle soul gypsy hippie! And for your thoughts and sweet scenes. Thank you for spreading your gratitude, it’s contagious! 💜🌷🙏🌸🌻
It can be really frustrating because you would think that there’s plenty to do around here and communities and plenty of space and where I live, which is in Florida but even in America, I feel like society is more concerned about building more homes and shops than actual communities or activities for places to go and meet other people or have space for creative outlets. I feel like I would have to live deep in the city to be close to anything that I need or even a sense of community. I’ve tried to look for art studios around my area as well and it’s just either too far or there’s nothing available for something like that. I understand your struggle.
I love having a home studio rather than having to go somewhere else to create. My space is small but it’s so available anytime.
yes, I would like that too!! xx
In the same boat as you! I have a rude neighbor below that bangs doors at ungodly hours, I have no yard, but the rent is reasonable, heat paid and gas stove paid, I have to climb stairs but that’s like a free gym. I too want to move BUT the market is horrendous!!’ Not a time anywhere to move!! Hang tight, wait it out, things have to get better! I am with you! Btw I watch every single video you make! Keep the faith beautiful soul!❤
Thank you for showing us around the properties.
So sorry to hear how you’re feeling, seems a very frustrating and difficult situation. Don’t give up hope.
As much as it doesn’t feel it right now it will work out in the end and trust the universe that the perfect place will come along.
I’m learning trust and patience too it’s a really hard process I’m with you.
Keep your light shining bright fairy Wendy sending you so much love 🧚🏼♀️❤️🤗😘xxx
aww thank you xxx you too flower Katie xxxxx much lvoes
Priscilla here! The second house was adorable.
I must say Wendy I think you were absolutely right about that first home. As soon as you put the camera onto it it seemed to have a bit of a depressing vibe about it, I felt that right away.
What a shame but best to not settle for second best because once you’ve moved there you might feel that you can’t move again straight away. Xxx
The market is crazy here in New Mexico too. My daughter and her partner have a flat rental but are considering moving into the upstairs of his mother’s house. The landlords fleece these youngsters. But James is right. It will happen. Don’t rush into anything. ❤
gosh! yes, lots of landlords doing that here too... I will try to be patient... xxx
When we moved to New Mexico I wanted to live
in Santa Fe, one of the prominent art cities of the world. Couldn't make it happen. Properties in Santa Fe were priced 100,000 and 200,000 more
per HOME than Albuquerque, NM was. That is
still he case. SOOOOO outrageous!!!
I am in the U.S. (Kansas) and it’s bonkers how the prices vary with just 10-15 miles difference, for the same type of home. We’ve been looking and hoping something will come across our path that fits our budget where we want to live. It’s so frustrating! I know the right one will show itself, but I wish it would hurry up! ❤️
I have all my fingers crossed for you too! soo frustrating ... xxx me too hurry up1! xxxxx soft hugs
I was so touched by your poem x
The house that will be your home will speak to you.
Also, goodness,I love how you say the word ‘and’!
It enchants me beyond everything!!
I own loads of your artwork,it is such an honor 🥰
The best advice I ever got was: If you are uncertain, do nothing. Trust in the Eternal Energy - put your wish out there and... wait. It will come to you.
I really relate to this video. I live in the U.S. and have been making offers on homes since 2020. We always get outbid, and now houses are nearly priced out of reach for us. Even now, people are bidding $20,000-$80,000 above the asking price. We are not the types to offer so much above asking price, and now, we don't have the money to do so. We are also not the type to risk so much to buy a house out of our budget. Rent prices are skyrocketing, and ours goes up every year and negates our raises at work, and with inflation, it's just overwhelming. Had we just been able to buy a house early on, we would be fine. Our down-payment grows and grows, but we can't keep up with the rising prices. I really related to your saying that the way acquiring housing is set up seems unsuitable. Yes yes yes. Thanks for this video. You are right. We are not alone. The world seems more and more set up for the elite, and it's not working very well for ordinary hard-working citizens. Hang in there. Surely there will be a shift soon and you will be sharing a video of your new place.
Wow! I dont know you. I've never seen your channel, but your life appears to be mirroring my own. We're even looking in the same location for a home!
I wish you the best of luck ❤
❤😊💭🏚️✍🏻📏📐🪚🏠🤗May yours and James dreams come true 🥰
Good luck> Most likely the right house will come along when you least expect it!!!
Ohhh sparkly things🥰🥰🥰
I am glad that you understand the benefits of your studio…it is an extension of your home and is very nurturing. Sending good thoughts that the right cottage is waiting for you both.
Hi Wendy. Thank you for sharing your house tours, its such an emotional journey, especially the way things are at the moment. Have you ever considered
buying a property at an Auction? There are property auctions in all areas of the UK, the properties are usually priced low and generally need 'doing up', it
might be an option for you to look into! We rented for 23 years when we moved to Suffolk, but eventually bought the house we were renting! I really hope
you and James find something soon, wishing you all the luck and love xx
Aww yes the ole Royal Stollen lands ,rediculous really ! Best of luck on your search
sorry about not finding anything, keep looking! If you could please buy.
He’s right the right one will come along ❤
James is 100% correct. The right home will come. You will be so happy and grateful when it arrives. In the mean time, rearrange your furniture, it will make you feel better.😊
Hi, I just love your channel and I am also an artist. I’ve been watching a lot of tiny home videos. Here’s just an idea, what if you and James built a home from shipping containers. And maybe you know someone has land or you could rent a little land. And there you could garden and create a studio for you. So maybe 2 shipping containers. Anyway just an idea. Again love your channel.
I am sure your special place will come along, the village you were looking around was lovely are you able to share that location. I wouldn't mind a day out.
So much Love... ❤
