3 arrested for allegedly kidnapping, torturing man in San Jose

San Jose police have arrested three people on suspicion of kidnapping and torturing a man. One of the suspects is also linked to an organized retail theft ring. Ian Cull reports.

I bet none of them do ANY JAIL TIME at all….California is absolutely the worst state in the U.S. when it comes to punishing criminals/ felons….I just watched another video from here in California earlier today where the 22 year old female T boned a car with 2 people in it at a high rate of speed, she was able to restart her car & drive away going even faster, a motorist saw the whole thing unfold & followed her to a gas station where he boxed her in at one of those vacuums next to the car wash she repeatedly tried to run over the curve to escape but he left his car behind her car & walked up to her window still recording her, she was hysterical crying & asking him to move his car but he said NO & to wait for the cops, she managed to back into his car & slide by on the side & left….they found her car 48 hours later & at the end of the video it says she was ordered to go to rehab….smfh….no jail time at all….Californians you guys are crazy for voting for what you have….completely inexcusable to say the least….cant wait just 3 more years before we head back to the east coast.
