nothing is "illegal" in SF anymore
Isnt it GREAT! lol
ROGER THAT ..I’m Crystal Clear. Thank you very much….I thought I would try Stringing someone along to…😅😂😮😊⭕️🍻✝️.
O.k., but dropping a deuce on the sidewalk is legal.
Do you see any poo there? No
Been there plenty of times and I e seen poop there more than once.
@@selw0nkthis guy probably lives in butt fk Arkansas lmao
Or parking your car in your Drive Way !
@@goonstatus8668lol you say that like Arkansas is a worse place to live than SF.
Stop gouging ballpark customers with $9-$17 beer prices, and all those illegal vendors will be out of business.
It's the only reason people buy on the street.
What about the fentanyl all over?
SF is going back to the Gold Rush day's...its the f*cking wild west!
How about cracking down on robbery first?!!
It's hard to crack down on anything when the liberal judges will release them right back into society first chance they get
Robbing affects private business and tourists not the city its self. They only take action if the city looses money.
Should be reporting on the price gouging going on inside the park.
Doesn’t SFPD have bigger fish to fry than bothering with sale of alcohol outside of Oracle Park, like releasing violent felons with 3 warrants and no cash bail, so they can reoffend again?
SFPD doesn't release felons, that's a matter of the DA.
I was literally there, the cops walked right past the vendors and didn't care in the slightest lmao.
LOL - “thumbing their nose at the law” - who in SF doesn’t - that’s the understatement of the year
Is Squirt a mixer with Tequila? I see Mexicans buying cases of it at the grocery store.
Yup we make palomas with squirt, tequila and lime great summer drink 🍸 😋
They’re just budding entrepreneurs and can’t afford a liquor license that runs into the tens of thousands.
100s of thousands in SF
let consumers make the choice, if john doe wants to buy a makeshift margarita, let john doe do it and take the risk
So what... Boo Hoo.. If you want a small dixie cup of warm piss for 20 dollars than you can buy yours in the park. This is a perfect example of how politics serves the rich and forces the working people into shitty wage slave jobs.
That’s not all they’re selling. I’ve walked by tables several times that were selling weed and mushrooms.
😂 weed n shrooms are actually much safer than alcohol. That's the sad part
@@BradenWalker1 Still dangerous driving high and stoned.
Weed is legal in California. Who cares.
@@selw0nk More people die by drivers drunk than stoned.
You can jack retail stores all you want, but don't you dare sell booze outside an establishment that overcharges for booze.
A total disregard of law…….this vendor is looking at our politicians and saying, “Hey, they probably won’t do a damn thing if I do this”…..and they won’t.
ok but how were the margaritas?
I'm going to a game in the next few weeks. I'll let you know.
20x better then those shi*tty overpriced cocktails they sell at events.
No vendors in our San Francisco downtown hotdogs sellers are becoming more and endangering our lives with hot stoves and spilling oil on the floor it can be slippery.
Come by the Oakland Fox Theater any show night and you can buy alcohol, mushrooms or "Drank". That's on top of all the other unregulated food vendors blocking the sidewalk selling food off a cookie sheet heated by sterno cans. Enforcement is nonexistent.
Make beers cheaper in the stadium
Where is ATF?
Has the event thought about addressing the core of the issue? Event food price is tooooooo expensive. A $10 hot dog? $8 beer? Food and drink sold inside is too much.
I was a bartender for 45yrs I must say alcohol and beverage enforcement is no joke I can’t not believe there selling alcohol without a license or charter license they probably not carding anyone 😮
I guess people just observed that the crime has gotten so bad that many business have closed. Dealing fentanyl or stolen items in the street doesn’t seem to be a problem in the eyes of the city. Car break-ins are the wild wild West. Why would people assume that the city would have a problem selling alcohol on the streets?
It’s called a hustle
Fentanyl yes, alcohol no.
This is not what SF police should be focusing on. How about enforcing laws against shooting up in public?
Everyone needs to make money to just live and thier probably sale it cheaper too
I got to say working there day to day from the two thousands to two thousand eighteen I saw this all coming. The city got softer and softer til everyone who cared was pushed out and everyone who didn’t care moved in.
Why not ? Drugs, Crime , Homelessness, allllllllllllllll Legal !!
What the problem is ?😮😂😂😂😂
"What the problem is?" Money or the lack of. Alcohol is taxed while someone is making $$$ off the backs of the poor through this so called 'homeless industrial complex.'
@@anyone150 Goood! If everyone is getting away with illegal things in California especially SF, then this should not be a crime either!
Say it ain't so.
They are bold as hell.
“The boo’s is flowing” ? Isn’t it are flowing?
So go to the Safeway on the other side of the street... legal, some dude with cans on the sidewalk illegal. Yeah, I'm more worried about the potential health problems with all the hot dog vendors than I am with people selling cans of beer.
So what take care of the homeless ⚠️ issues first
Well is illegal because it’s been sold for somebody else but not by the stadium people .
Illegal alcohol is the least of SF's problems. At least with bootleg booze these people know how to re-imagine the city.
Booze is the least of your problems
in mexico it was distilled agave alcohol w snakes and worms. this seems so much smaller…
Why pay for licenses when you can do without
THEY HAVE NO LICENSE TO SELL BOOZE. THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND THEIR PRODUCTS CONFISCATED. AND HAVE A HIGHER FINE AND JAIL TIME.
So you believe in law and order. In San Francisco, r u joking.
Drugs and poop is legal?
Looks like Rachel needs a cocktail more than anyone else here.
I AGREE RACHEL! THOSE GUYS ARE WORST THAN THE ONES WHO BUSTED THE WINDOWS IN MY CAR TO STEAL MY DASH CAM! ... I need a beer...
They just tryna make a dollar out of 15 cents
Honestly the prices are so expensive in these bars. I would go to this little stand. How much? 😉
"Despite enforcement" makes no sense. If they enforced it, they wouldn't be able to do it. 😂
Why would anyone be worried about citations and arrests when they now the liberal judges of SF will happily dismiss any citations and drop any charges.
However stealing $950.00 dollars worth of goods its ok in San Francisco
I’m not shocked, I calling police two days ago that they were 6 illegal immigrants drinking alcohol openly at Turk and Leavenworth with a box of Modelo and they did not show up. This’s sickening we’ve our kids walking after school.
Lol. There are food carts everywhere throughout California that are not licensed. Reminder you can use fentanyl on the streets. There are no laws. Wake up!!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂 Let that man eat
The big deal is that the alcohol is taxed whereas fentanyl (an other drugs used by the 'homeless') are cheap and not taxed as the latter are illegal. So of course they're going after the illegal alcohol distributors because they can now slam the distributors with heavy fines (aka 'more revenue).
It's about taxes
Citing people for illegally selling booze while walking past people shooting up heroin is a joke. It reminds me of the time that I went to see Willie Nelson at the Fillmore in 2009. People had to go outside to smoke cigarettes yet there was a cloud inside from other people firing up joints.
San Fran turned into a free for all.
No one plays by any rules.
It’s embarrassing
There was a women selling these in deloris park in SF as well last year.
"citations" - what a F' joke!
DOUBLE STANDARDS! GREED!!
How about a Fentanyl margarita?
Wait but didnt we shame some lady who pointed out water sales by a kid??? She was shamed for being racist and lost her job!
Of all the low hanging fruit for city officials to pick, this is the lowest. Who is actually harmed by these folks selling cheap beer and margaritas? They're not selling to minors. Nobody is camping out at their "bar" and having 4 cocktails. These folks saw an need and they're filling it.
Yet, the cit and non profits can hand out needles 😂😂..the city dont like it when illegal vendors selling alcohol cuz they dont get their cut😂😂😂
You don’t want to detract from the ballpark experience so go inside and get your wallet ready
If a angry business owner flips and throws their table full of alcohol into the street, the business owner would be canceled and the illegal would get 100k in his gofundme! 😂
Wait If this is a news story how much do they charge on the street for a drink ? Did this reporter ask ? How much is a Beer or mix drink inside the stadium? As Homer Simpson said this game baseball is boring with out Alcohol 🥃
Was it unfair when Uber was operating illegally and taxis paid the city $750k for a medallion?
San Francisco stated all this wild west behavior back then. Next think you know pop up sidewalk bars will be completely legal just at soon as it benefits some law makers and they'll argue it democratizing the sake of booze.
Thumbing an Oracle is obscene.
I was going to watch the video, but this annoying commercials 😅😅😅 im good
The police are always out there, so they are allowing this.
Based af. imagine grabbing a few hot dogs, a few tequila shots, dropping a deuce, localized within a few feet of each other, at a fraction of the cost? What if I take a shit (legal) while taking a few tequila shots (gray zone), do they effectively cancel out and I'll only get a few weird stares as punishment? Efficient. Streamlined. Impressive.. Very nice. Let's see the local restaurant's prices?
What about assault, robbery, , stores closing due to crime, , crackheads, prostitutes, drug dealers shitting on the sidewalk, homelessness, syphilis etc. But they want to spend time on this.
The one time the ABC is doing something good. Most of the time they just bully SOMA bars
Getting ready for FIFA. Good! They should walk around, mobile cocktail carts are good.
The city can make tons of money fining all these illegals vendors.
Isn't this america?
Oh'i'm sorry i thought this was america..
What's next? Giving jailtime to jaywalkers??? Jesus Christ, focus on REAL crimes!!!
priorities bay area.... after 2 yrs of smash n grabs.. really.. sideshows never stopped by cops. Poo everywhere???
Oracle is synonymous with Oral. Change the name with something less encouraging.
Democrat Utopia….check out the mission, fisherman wharf, Oracle, Dolores Park and Warriors Stadium….
Lawless SF, Nothing New
Illegal? Sure.. am i upset.. not really.. enjoy!
Better fish 🐠 to fry?
Instead of policing, make pathways for people to survive in SF with out having to do this. it is so expensive living out there people are literally doing what they gotta do, and rather than working to making these illegal vendors legal or making it so the every day working person can keep a roof over their head with out resorting to work that will lead to citations the guy can only grimmace and say its not fair. its going to continue getting worse until you take care of the heart of the city ( the common blue collar worker )
Not going to say it's not illegal, but what it's saying isn't what the reporter nor a well paid government official will. The prices in and around the park and anywhere else are ungodly. If they were not trying to get every penny they could off hard working fans they wouldn't have to deal with this problem.
I know for certain all of that stuff is stolen.
😂
trying to make a honest dollar
Un-American !!
Arkham City. 😃⚖️🇺🇸
Maybe if the ball park's didn't charge $20 per small as_ cup their customer's would not be trying to find a street vendor huh?
$10 a cup is bareable but $20 per cup is ridiculous for the average working man & if they want to limit consuption then give them a 2 beer limit card!
I know alot of people who used to go to baseball & footbal games before they all went so, "Ned Da Greedy," on us huh?
The messicants. No mames guey essay.
😂
Making a big deal about this, but who cares about drugs and homeless
Leftopia
HAhahhhahahahah. Frisco is a Liberal Sheet Show
Fun haters
Stupid story.
Defund the police! 👮
Thanks DemoCrats , THANKS A LOT !
