Another classic, no-bake traybake. Diane's Delights. Similar to Fifteens, with marshmallows, biscuits and coconut, but topped instead with white chocolate.
Ingredients
4oz/110g butter
4oz/110g desiccated coconut
7oz/200g condensed milk
8oz/225g Rich Tea biscuits, crushed
6oz/175g marshmallows
8oz/225g white chocolate
flaked almonds/chopped nuts/sprinkled for topping
