      Hi after how many weeks were able to train (heavy at the gym)? 😊

    • @Menagerie_K
      @Menagerie_K Год назад +2

      @@a.d.5037 I was out on medical leave for 6 weeks, in the gym doing light exercise at 4 weeks, ready to take over the gym again by the 5th week. Ofcourse all those weeks of inactivity when I’m generally a gym rat set me back a little but not much. The best part was that I could lay on my abdomen and do a lot of exercises that were previously uncomfortable because I no longer had a grapefruit protruding from my abdomen. I did start going on walks around week 3 even though it was still a bit painful to turn but that’s because I’m incapable of sitting still.

      @@Radience100 it took quite a long time, around a year and a half to heal, the scaring inside would cause pain even with day to day movements, gentle walking excerise slowly building up over time. After the year and a half I was able to go to the gym with no problems. My healing seemed to take a lot longer than others have it seems, but the good thing is I got there eventually. Now after I look for some videos I am now loving working out and looking forwars for my body goal :D (I'm a skinny guy and my form is still terrible 😅)

    Great info, but terrible camera work. Too many close ups. To understand how to do these exercises, you need a wide shot to see the complete body movements. I didn’t need to see close ups of faces. Also, too much jumping around. More consistent wide shots.

      Hey Lekha don't worry about it. I had surgery at birth and had no issue. I am now 32 and I've been doing sit ups and workouts since I was 12 (we had to in order to try out for sports) Just take it easy and start slow. If you feel stretching that's okay...just stop and try again the next day. The more frequently you do it the more flexible your core will become! It may take a few months to get to a good point. You can do it! I'm rooting for you! Ps. Core exercises might actually be GOOD for your abs to make sure your scar tissue doesn't get too stiff
