  • Today we are doing after c-section exercises or 17-min postpartum workout designed for c-section recovery. We'll start with some gentle core c-section exercises on the mat then stand up for some low-impact safe cardio to get some feel-good endorphins circulating. You will want to wait until you have clearance at 6-8 weeks post c-section. Remember to be kind and gentle to yourself. A c-section in a major surgery so go slow. Exercises and stretches should not ever be painful.

I'm grateful for your videos. I followed the videos before conceiving that helped me prepare my mind and body for baby. Followed during pregnancy exercises as well. Now I have beautiful, healthy twin daughters and I'm following this video. 😊 Thankyou.

I don’t usually comment on videos, but I just want to thank you for making an actual feasible workout for women who may be struggling to move in their new postpartum C-section recovering bodies. I have felt more like me doing this workout than I have in a while. I just want to encourage you to keep doing what you’re doing because we need more of this ❤

Your videos have helped me since my second trimester. I had an emergency c section 6 weeks ago and so thankful for this video to give me an idea what kind of things to do the doctors just say “whatever feels comfortable”

Thank you for this video. 8 weeks PP with my second c section baby and this video helped give me the courage to get back into an exercise routine. It's just gentle enough but also got my heart rate up and muscles burning a bit so I actually felt like I was accomplishing a workout 😊

If possible to make yoga class after c-section, it would be so nice to know which postures we are allowed to do. So far I could not find some proper video about that. Thank you so much for your work! ❤❤❤

I had an emergency c-section with an extended hospital stay that left me weak and undernourished. I'm now home and already feeling much better at 2 weeks pp and desperately looking for gentle workouts and stretching to start regaining some leg and arm strength, mostly avoiding abs or at least anything but the gentlest ones, like imprint, very careful cat-cow, and single limb bird dog (first left arm only, then right arm only etc).

    Hello ma'am
Actually I m just started this workout as I have emergency c section 12 weeks ago, and I have pelvic pain in pregnancy time and same after that as well.
I feel very much relieved after doing this workout, but later on I feel little pain in my pelvic area should I need to continue? Or I need to change little in my workout.

Assuming you don't have any complications, then usually clearance is 6-8 weeks so you would be safe at 12 weeks. If you aren't sure, you can take the video to your provider and scrub through so they can approve it 💞
