Technically in terms of hierarchy vaggie is above striker, even a normal sinner is above striker in the Hell Hierachy. Also aparently in the verse the higher you are on the Hierachy the more power you hold.
If we are talking about in general then that would be right, but some people are unusually strong for their kind like Striker And Blitz. Striker is probably the most skilled fighter we seen in the show, and he is able to take down people higher in the Hell Hierarchy. Also Striker took down a Goetia who is stronger than an overlord and Vaggie isn't able to take down an Overlord, and is actually scared of them to an extent. So if they were to box I would give Striker the Win Mid Diff.
Alastor and Striker is a good one, Alastor might be better at far range, but is better at close range, but they're good at both. Alastor might win High Diff.
