Hmm....if we're going with classic P3 tradition, the Persona of choice to be a wind specialist would be Norn. However, this Reload has some changes like Panta Rhei being learned by multiple personas and can be passed down to any persona. My final pick for wind specialist would be Vishnu. Ailments are definitely in a weird place in the series, its either they are overpowered if usable against Bosses or complete garbage if not
