16:25, if you guys want to drink bread, try and/or make Kvass. It's a Slavic drink, usually of low alcohol percentages and it is made from black bread, raisins, yeast, water and some time. If you want to, good luck.

Here's a note for Anthony: My sister immediately fell in love and, I quote: Her: "Oh thank God, he's a nerd. Our babies are going to be so smart." Me: "This is a video about mixing drinks." Her: "Babies are the same thing. You mix the ingredients, then leave it alone for a few months."
To fix the mead: put it in the fridge for a few days to let the yeast settle out of it, then rack it to another container, let it sit in the fridge for a few more days and it should be a lot more clear and the yeast flav won’t be so harsh. Love this epp 🤘🏼

Can you guys actually do a DnD episode and just have a full campaign series? I've played DnD with a couple friends and I've never been able to get into it. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.
I'd recommend getting a veteran DM, give some input on what kind of story or setting you'd be interested in and have some visuals like a drawn map and mini figures to bring some physical presence of your imagination.
I love this video. I have friends that make their own mead and now I can make some interesting cocktails for them. You guys are amazing and I really anjoy those videos.

i love this, sep 21 was my birthday, and mead is my favorite, i make my own every year (this year i added some blueberry syrup i made and the mead turned out a brilliant crimson red and is wonderful) i am for sure going to be trying these recipes with my mead and see how it turns out. for the record, last year my mead turned out at 22% ABV, this year less so since i tried something new withthe blueberry syrup at 15-16% ABV. ( my guess is i overwhelmed my yeast with too much sugar so it died off faster than it could adapt to the increasing alcohol content.) PS. like i said, my birthday, so i had way more to drink than would be recomended, please forgive my lazy grammar and spellchecking, i just wanted to get my point across.

Came back to this video because I finally had the opportunity to try making some mead. While watching, had an idea for a name for the one remaining cocktail: Norman 75. The Normans were essentially Vikings who settled in the north of France, so... felt like a good name for a mead-based riff on a French 75.
We're doing a new cocktail a day for every day in this year's advent. We tried the notebook, and it was good, not great. Then we added a dash of honey. Perfect! 5 out of 5 candles!
I have no idea how it would taste, but I thought of an interesting cocktail: prosecco, St. Germaine, mead, and Clementine slices... I call it the Germaine Clemons lol!

I've been afraid to go full force into making mead, and I talk to people about how some day i want mead. I am going to try to do a "micro" brew, not a microbrew, but a tiny sample in a tiny easily manageable sized container (the smallest I feel would still,... ferment and not dry out, like... 1 to 4 fluid ounces.), where if I fail, it will be only a tiny loss and if i succeed, I can scale up. This will build the confidence I need. This episode with a recap and talking about racking, was great.
