Look at the Controller Overlay more closely. on Native Gyro Aim mode: I have to tilt the controller more aggressively due to its lower sensitivity (even at the highest settings) and there's a lot of smoothing build-in. (Apparently, acceleration is build-in to Native Gyro aim) but when we switch to SIAPI's Mouse-like Camera action; the precision is much higher and more accuracy beyond Native Gyro Aim implementation. That's the entire purpose of this entire companion video: to show the major differences on how Days Gone handles their Gyro Aim implementation vs mapping the Gyro Input as SIAPI's Mouse-like Camera. and for a game where "every shot counts", it's pretty dang important.
Days gone gyro sucks unfortunately... Sensitivity is just way too low, and it feels unresponsive. It's so annoying when you see an enemy at the edge of your screen, but you can't turn towards it (using gyro) because the sensitivity is too low. It seems to preserve distances, so I don't think it actually has acceleration, but it feels like there is some smoothing or something, so it still doesn't track one-to-one.

What this video show? I only see you using gyro on ds4 and aiming in circle.
