Pedro Almodóvar would be proud of your fab movie- making. Hilarious. Fabulous unique voices: LOVED Born this Way 🕺 WUTHERING - a touch of George Melly vocals; LOVECATS - beautiful. Thank you black gatito for conducting - dad has a great voice as does the "daffodil" cat's mummy. Superb performances. Thanks for taking me back to my wonderful musical world
I came across this Orchestra when I started a group of Chinese students singing and playing ukulele. They are great, fun, entertaining, inspiring and you can tell they just do it because they love to do it. I am so glad they have that love and share it. Thank you for helping many of us get through the last two years with some happiness.
I get tears of happiness every time I hear the UKOGB. I saw them perform in my hometown of San Diego California. I love that Leisa Rea's kitty cat makes a cameo at 7:36 in the video.
It's all your fault that we've got 8 ukes hanging on our wall and 2 in constant use playing with Raunds Ukulele Orchestra! Thank you for the music, for the fun and most of all for being so wonderful. We love you!
I'm awestruck. Simply the most talented and musically whimsical group of musicians I've ever seen. Inspiring to say the least. You make me want to pick up my ukes every time I hear you, just so I can play along and pretend I'm part of the gang. Bravo folks... Bravo. Would love to see this group perform live. Bless the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain players. Peace.
The scene with the frying pan was my first introduction to the 'banjo/uke' as a 5 year old went to my first working man's club. The entertainer on the stage in the distance was playing a frying pan. When I got home I tried ours and couldn't get a tune out of it.
I've been watching their RUclips material (not all of which benefits the act, other I suppose than to help sell tickets) for years and trying to persuade local promoters to book them. Delighted to say they've been in Belfast a couple of times in the last few years. I persuaded 12 friends to go, all loved it. They manage to combine genuine musicianship and inventiveness with humour. Best night out in the country.
By far, one of the most entertaining and creative musical groups I have ever heard. And, as a retired entertainer myself, I don't say that lightly. Excellent performance!
Thank you SO much. Please come to Philly sometime. We are much more knowledgeable and appreciative of fine Art and Englishmen than New York, so don’t waist your valuable Travel Dollars on them. Love your unique spin on all Pandemic hindrances.
I love watching the story within the story unfold during the songs! I love the direction, the arrangements, the choreography, the costumes, make-up, and of course, the singing, acting and uke playing! Gratitude to you all for cheering my heart.
What a fabulous hour spent listening to you lot , a master piece in videoing singing and strumming worthy of an a ward , loved it all thanks so much xx
The toilet rolls on the sofa was a great touch, it had me laughing right from the start. A lot of people have already said it, an absolutely great Performance.
Hey guys!!! Thank you for the super duper music just loved it, I’m from Australia and I hope you all can get back and entertain us all soon🙏sending big love with joy ❤️🎉
Beautifully edited. Thank you UOGB for new material and personnel. My wife, myself and friends have seen you live many times, watching the "old" sets and loved them all. This set is so different and fresh and new . FYI: The last track made me cry...an awesome, tender tribute to David Bowie. Ukulele
Although not live “as such”, a great compilation. Musically very good, singing and arrangements superb, coupled with great dollops of humour and great camera work....long live UOGB 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Loved the song with all the gallery activities. Shining shoes, cutting tree, ironing clothes, etc. oh, the dog playing! Cute. I don’t know all the songs, it would be nice to have a banner for a few secs when song starts. Lol. Two guys are know in showers! Just noticed song are listed in summary
Thank you for your love of the ukulele and the music you share. I appreciate both the song’s and the soloist that do these pieces. Wishing you a enjoyable 2021 concert series.
Sou fã ardoroso desse grupo, sou brasileiro do estado de São Paulo. Vcs são perfeitos no que se propõe. Me permitam pedir, se um dia tocarem Malagueña Salerosa me sentirei muito honrado em receber a versão dessa musica em ukulele. Grato e um forte abraço
Thanks for posting this, it has really cheered me up listening to these talented musicians playing these fantastic song’s, and has also reminded me to practice my ukulele more often.
@@longwaytotipperary Got it, maybe my cat distracted me, like she always does when I’m not paying attention to her whilst watching a video and I missed one?😊
“O, how much more doth beauty beauteous seem By that sweet ornament which truth doth give! The rose looks fair, but fairer we it deem For that sweet odour which doth in it live. The canker-blooms have full as deep a dye As the perfumed tincture of the roses, Hand on such thorns and play as wantonly When summer’s breath their masked buds discloses: But, for their virtue only is their show, They live unwoo’d and unrespected fade, Die to themselves. Sweet roses do not so; Of their sweet deaths are sweetest odours made: And so of you, beauteous and lovely youth, When that shall fade, my verse distills your truth.” Sonnet 54 Wm. Shakespeare
They were a few years ago. Watch their travel schedule. They have done a US tour. I sat on front row! 😀 They also might do a pre show workshop. I also sat on front row. They are the Beatles to me. Amazing musicians! 😀

If these guys aren’t brilliant, I’ll kiss their ukuleles!
Tell two rolls I have three!! Hand sanitizer forever.
"Two rolls" is Jonty. I admire him the most, he's really funny. It IS all about the bass.

Genuinely brought me joy after mouth surgery that has possibly muted my voice forever 🥲🥲
Just saw these guys at Warwick Arts Centre. Pure entertainment with lots of giggles and fine music!

Perhaps the best example I’ve seen of performance using the online social distanced format. Amazing!
Which there was no need for! I’ve ignored all the restrictions, never worn a mask etc, etc & I’m fine!
