When I first discovered the Beatles, (about 1973) I was too young to know it's connection to a certain madman who shall not here be named. I have always loved the song regardless.
OMG. every comment here is from the 1800's ; well from the first day of 2018; I LOVE THIS!! Ukebox; are you still with us? WELL DONE LADS! I'm American but I still think you Brits are the best musically!!
Fantastick! The vocals and harmonies weren't all exactly copies of the originals but in this case they were fine interpretations, were musically perfect, full of character and true to the spirit of the originals and worked beautifully while the ukuleles stood out on their own without being overwhelming. The bass was superb with that real McCartney character and was absolutely essential in holding the whole medley together and making the whole thing sound big, filled out, professional and most importantly when covering this iconic music, somehow true to the Beatles. I'm an original American Beatlemaniac since seeing them on Ed Sullivan in 1964 and in my critical estimation there are scant few Beatles covers that I can accept and that don't make me wince. Here, these guys are a ukulele vocal group and I'm surprised to find that I loved every bit of what I just heard.
Saw you last night on Brittania, great musicality and phrasing, only wish I had seen your first show but made up for it by buying both CDS.!!!!! Hope you continue for a long time and that we see you on another cruise soon
I found a "thing" called ukulele today in a chinese market, this monstrosity has untuneable "strings" from literally equal metal wires, and it's made from plastic... I never ever want to burn this much anything, until today...
Hey, if you're still interested in a CD we've just this week released one and you can get hold of a copy via our website! Here's a link- www.ukeboxband.com/

when I started watching, I wanted to switch to another video but I couldn't I had to keep watching.
Unpopular opinion: I liked helter skelter
That's not unpopular! Helter skelter is an amazing song, it was just tarnished by a certain part of history unfortunately
When I first discovered the Beatles, (about 1973) I was too young to know it's connection to a certain madman who shall not here be named. I have always loved the song regardless.
Props to the bassist. His playing really held it all together. Amazing harmonies too 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
