Man, I miss Lego Dimensions. It was so cool seeing characters in Lego form that would’ve otherwise probably never have been made.
I remember thinking up possible properties for Year 3 of Lego Dimensions which kept changing over the years, though certain themes stayed as what I would’ve liked. Some of them honestly would never actually happen though even if Year 3 came around...
I played LEGO Dimensions and still have the Wii U game. In 2016, using my graduation money, I bought the game, The Simpsons level pack and Midway level pack. And for my birthday in 2016, I used to buy out the Adventure Time level pack and in 2016, I had the Mission Impossible level pack.
Wasn't there also supposed to be a James Bond level pack that got replaced by the Mission: Impossible one? I thought that was also the reason why the Aston Martin DB5 Creator Expert set came out of basically nowhere - they still had the license and wanted to do something with it

I think James Bond would’ve been cooler since there are more movies and books than mission impossible and we could’ve gotten all the actors of Bond as characters like the 12 doctors
It was so weird hearing about all these unplanned dimensions sets because a lot of the properties were super outlandish to hear being considered!

I hope LEGO dimensions returns in the future. It was great collecting characters from so many different franchises.
Some of these were just painful to hear that they were canceled. A Vortech minifigure would be so amazing
After rewatching this video since watching ATLA, the fact that these sets were cancelled pains me to know that there could have been affordable sets for the show..

Everybody is sad about the shrek minifigure, but the Mega Man cancelation still stings.
I’m sad about pretty much all of the IPs that were planned for Dimensions. Most, if not all of these are IPs that I love, and some that I would have been happy to know more about such as Thunderbirds. Dimensions deserves all my praise for introducing me to many older properties that I’ve come to love.
You know they could do a LEGO Dimensions 2 but just do it with out the real life toys. They can keep updating the game to add the new waves of characters. You can also pay to unlock the ones you want or play the game and unlock them like is the normal LEGO games.
I can't Express how frustrated i am over the loss of Arrow and Flash, possible how to train your dragon, vortech and others when this game ended, while i didn't care much for the game, i wish they could still produce these figs somewhere down the line
Having Godzilla, King Kong, and Universal monster Lego figures would have made my life complete.
Yeah, Ashnflash did a great job with the designs, especially Godzilla. It looks like he walked right out of the screen from King Kong vs Godzilla.

It would be cool to get a remastered version of Lego dimensions but instead of buying the lego character packs, you would have to complete specific misions or get the lego coins in the game, not everyone can buy the lego character packs, I wanted to explore more worlds and use more characters but my family wasn't rich so I only had batman, freestyle and gandalf.
Anyone want to send a petition to LEGO to release these mini figures? They don't have to bring back Lego dimensions as that seems impossible at this point, but these mini figures still might have a chance.
A Dimensions pack based around Gravity Falls would have been awesome, and fit so well into the world of Gravity Falls. Stan realising his dialogue is subject to the G or PG rating would be hilarious.

The fact we never got Shrek was a goddamn tragedy
i would just love to see dimensions be revived with toys to life as well, just find a way to lower prices with the portal tech, maybe bring in more original lego themes (i.e space, castle, pirates, etc) and i think it'd be a great comeback, either that or a set to commemorate various lego games and could include a lord vortech minifigure
Knowing Hasbro has a good relationship with LEGO, I hope we eventually get Power Rangers Lego.

I’m so sad we never got a LEGO Mega Man Fun Pack. Mega Man 4 is one of my favorite games and I would have loved Rush as a possible side build. I hope it will get revived as a LEGO Ideas project

I am little upset that some of these were cancelled. But the TMNT cancelled set makes me furious. I literally wanted a TMNT Lego game forever. Sad to know I was that close to actually having one. Now that Megablocks has the license the chances are now as likely as Michelangelo going to collage.
I think the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles would be so cool to see in Dimensions just like the Ghostbusters they could switch characters with each other and the pizza could be like the Scooby Snacks

The Minecraft Story Pack, The Packs based on the Other DC Media, The Lord Vortech Pack, The LEGO Batman Movie Pack that was supposed to have Batman and The Joker, The LEGO Ninjago Movie Packs, The Looney Tunes Packs, The Tom and Jerry Packs, The Smurfs Packs, The Steven Universe Packs, The Scanner, The Mystery Incorporated Packs, The Ron and Hermione Packs, and The Goodies Team Pack.

Mega-Man being cancelled is awful...I really would have loved that Universal Monsters set as well :/ Shrek and How to Train Your Dragon hurts too...
But nothing hurts more than Steven AND Avatar being cancelled? Honestly Lego is crazy to not just make sets based on them..well in the case of Avatar it would be new sets. Its a shame they were so willing to do out of the box stuff with Dimensions they don't seem willing to do with regular sets.

Yeah I blame WB for milking the Lego games dry. Imagine if they could cooperate with Vicarious Visions on an HD remake/remaster of Crash Twinsanity. That would be AWESOME!
For Godzilla, they should’ve done the Legendary Monsterverse version and for King Kong, either the Peter Jackson version or the 1976 version (which is my all time favorite version of King Kong). If they were to ever do Kong 76, the World Trade Center would’ve been replaced with the Octan tower from The LEGO Movie to avoid 9/11 references.

They did, for like one wave
Yeah they did, but the sets and figures had horrible quality and were cheaply made. I had the peridot set but the peridot figure didn’t like to stand because the legs were extremely loose. It was pretty bad, glad they never had another wave because they would have been poor quality junk that would warm the shelves.

It would be cool if some of these were released and morphed into themes. Just imagine lego Shrek, Lego Megaman, or lego Loony toons. The one that makes me most sad though is lego Tintin, I have read Tintin books and played with lego all my life, so for as long as I can remember I have hoped for a lego Tintin and that they considered making it but never went through with it just about breaks my heart!
All I want for Christmas is too see Lego rundas 🎄😀🎄
