As airbnb got banned, it practically means that mid term and long term tourists have to stay in these/such serviced apartments. nice, they look great 👍

It would not be an ideal holiday for me. Who wants to do their own washing and cooking when they are on holiday. A dish washer equally un -necessary. Eat out!!!!!
I can agree that a dishwasher is unnecessary but I actually used a serviced apartment for my 2 month holiday in Thailand. I used it because I had days where I would not travel and would just stay at home with my girlfriend and her friends. A hotel room is not big enough for this and having a kitchen was really useful cause the girls could just cook for me😎 When u travel for longer periods of time these apartments are great for a short break during your holiday :) a home away from home! Edit: I am considering to move to Thailand so it was a nice way of seeing if living in Thailand is something I would enjoy

Not really. Airbnb monthly rental is allowed.
