Consistency and trucking are two words that never should be in the same sentence. Freight is down everywhere and there are no signs yet of any improvement! Hang on and enjoy the ride!

I don't do any drop & hooks I only do live loads. As a rule, I arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to my appt time but, if it's a mom and pop kind of place I go earlier and hope they'll load/unload early.

Hey man, nice!! I’m sure will cross paths at some point! You put me on the spot with your question😅. Honestly, based on my experience and what I have heard about other companies, Prime is the best. Specifically if you go lease. The only thing better would be to be an owner operator I think. I hear mixed things about how the market is for owner operators so Idk.
But when it comes to mega carriers, Prime is the best. But, there is always room for improvement. So I’d say a solid 7-8/10.
I can nitpick some negative experiences with a couple of loads that didn’t meet expectations, but that’s just trucking and no driver is safe from bad loads financially or blowouts/mechanical issues. Except, as a driver at Prime, you have a team that assists with accidents,etc and makes the situations a little more bearable.
