@@ryanf.7933 The Concept site sells 3in1 oil for $.50 or so. Amazon has it for $10. Home Depot sells it for about $4. It's just 3in1 oil, nothing special and it is what the Concept folks suggest to use.

How often does it needs to be done if you row on a daily basis? Also, any splash out as you do row thereafter application?
Did that hurt your shin @ 0:10? Ive banged my shins on my rowers 10000 x and the concept 2 hurts the worst
