What a nice short ASMR! Where are the rest of the ASMR's? I can't wait to see them! Also, are you going to do a super long ASMR on your brother's truck? You said you would, so wanted to make sure. Please make sure to include engine startup at the beginning, engine shutdown at the end, and make it as long as possible! Please let me know ASAP.
Not good form in residential areas
Loaded with steel, and it’s zoned an Industrial/Residential area. No wrong doing here.
Though I have been told off once in Victoria for using them in a residential area. That was definitely my mistake.
@@TruckingAU Maybe think of it this way: every time you unnecessarily disturb someone with your jakes, or tailgate like you did at the start of the video, you're adding to the number of people who agree that your industry is a nuisance and/or unsafe, and want you to have stricter regulations and higher compliance costs.
@@moblet Definitely will take all of that into consideration, champ. Maybe think of it this way… Highlighting the way trucks have to behave on the road and relating that to an increase in compliance costs doesn’t have the effect you might want. Increase the cost to the owner of the transport company, and the cost of transport increases. The end result is the consumer ends up paying for it with an increase in goods.
Thanks for the input though. Definitely something to think about and make changes for the future.
@@TruckingAU Yep, 100%, more regulation and compliance obligations means higher transport costs, but most people would rather pay higher transport costs than have grandma get squashed by a truck, or have you get harmed, because you were trying to drive two seconds further up the road. There's been a massive increase in regulation and compliance obligations over the past few decades and it'll keep growing until the industry values safety as much as everyone else.
