Interface not necessary if u use headphones.
I feel like monitors r overrated for beginners anyways...
I wish I had bought my Apollo like 20 years ago had been buying cheap interfaces my whole life that never worked past 8 channels with latency . Get quality in the beginning is my advice
@@Melloh-293na tbh monitors the way to go presonus eris 3.5 for 100 bucks so worth it
I guess I’ve found my new obsession of the month
Lol
same here
same lmao
That's what I thought then I did it for 6 months stopped and now I'm at in again but this time I'm doing lo-fi
Yes that's what I need
Note: I lack imagination
I'm trying my hardest to get the music thing figured I wrote some pretty decent lyrics I love trying to make music but I just can't figure out how to but it all together
@@jugsoutdoorvideos2803sameee😅
@@jugsoutdoorvideos2803same here, guess we just gotta keep trying, I've been trying to get better at my instrument by constant practice but I want to have fun as well lmfao it's hard though, guess it just comes out when it does, I try not to force it just experiment and find things that sound good, music theory too 👍
Theres nothing called lack of imagination my friend. Inspire >>> work on your way differently
@@jugsoutdoorvideos2803 i recommend learning and instrument (piano is superior here) and some music theory, it'll make it so much easier for you to express your musical ideas that way.

How?
You dont need all that to be a music producer
I started using only chrome music lab at my phone and now im using fl studio, dont wait to the things get good to you start something.
Do you use your own instruments? I want to produce music but I’m absolutely rubbish at actual instruments, and I have no idea if that’s an unspoken rule of music making..
I like long journeys my boy , thanks me for that . hope everyone seeing this makes some good music so that I can remix it. yeah its a good Idea.GOOD LUCK EVERYONE OUT THERE. LITERALLY GOOD LUCK . BY HAVE A GOOD DAY.
I use GarageBand🗿
GarageBand fucking sucks, im deff not saying that becuase idk how to use it
I wish garageband was on android

I started off humble in 2018, with a low end cellphone with fl studio mobile in it and some earphones that costed me 25 in my country (which is between 1.50-2.00 dollars in the usa) and now i have a decent daw with a laptop lol:)
Great progress! 💪💪🔥🔥
@@benkestokmusic ty man appreciate u
I am a music producer and i can tell you he spits fax
It is hellish long that finding the right tone and learning various sounds takes time and effort to get it right and big imagination.
Yup, no quick fixes here lol
So making music is like programming, got it
The DAW doesn’t matter that much
Remember what she said, it only matters what you do with it.
what she said was a lie, she left me for a bigger dude. stop cappin.
Do you wanna know what I do to produce my music videos? I’m only seven I have an iPad I go to notes right now my Scripps I place it in front of the mirror and I start reading the notes in lip-synching them. Then I record me dancing to them and lip-synching to it. Then I go to CapCut and add the footage then I’ll watch it and then I do the music video with CapCut editor.
Awesome 💪
I'mma try to learn how to use the DAW bcz me and my friends are gonna start making covers
It's About to Go Down!!
Thanks!❤
I love when guys say it doesn't really matter what DAW you use ...and then I met cubase ...bruuuh ...I almost have up ... Not beginner friendly but an excellent DAW once you get the hang of it...never gone back though FL GANG through and through
All DAWs suck one way or another, you just pick your poison, the path of least resistance going from A to B.
“If you can afford it.” I took that personal lol jk
Oh yey~♡ now I know
😄🙏
My journey is going to be hard
Thank you i wanted to start foing it at a young age to be good in the future im not even 10 yet
Good luck! You have all the time in the world so just enjoy it
When dude said “if you can afford” I just went ahead and scrolled cause I can’t
@miya1811 That's too bad. He said get an audio interface if you can afford it. If you can't afford it, you can still produce decent music without an interface. If you want it bad enough, you can do it. Some producers have just used their cell phone.
you dont need all that fancy shit, you already have a computer im assuming, and you can get a free DAW like FL studio, if you wanna do it, you would.
Here's a tip: Stop wearing your cap backwards.
oh yeah dam long with no limits
Ty 🙏
Anytime 🙏

Very, very long.
Indeed.
Whaaaaat!
Ok no music studying!
If you want 😅
Lol and it will be a loong journey
Thanks man🙏

sup guys, i wanna be prod, making different beats like carti or drake,so i can t choose daw for start, specifically, this convenience and low system requirements are important to me, because I don't spend so much time at home and use a PC, most often I use a laptop outside the house, so I have a question which daw to choose? I am considering Amped Studio, Soundation for myself, I would like to try fl studio, but I am afraid that the experience will be sad, since the laptop is only for work and the browser
Im tired of people sayong DAW does not matter.
But at least they should start with linear based workflow DAW. As it is the standard way in collaborating with other professionals like sending it to mixing engineers, mastering, etc. where you can easily edit waveforms easily and batch process.
FL studio has only recently had this but decades late. But you still have to do extra steps to have a linear workflow. Automation editing in FL is also messy especially when it gets more.
I would rather chose between these DAW
- Logic pro (Mac only but industry uses Mac and almost music software companies prioritizes Mac over windows) also the cheapest one, $200 you get the full version with most vast amounts of high quality instruments and sound library in a DAW.
- Cubase (function over form, UI is messy but it has the most vast functions in a DAW)
- Ableton (the king of sound design, quick pull up and tweaking the sound effects)
- Protools (king of recording and editing for audio waveforms, you can batch process hundreds of tracks, every major studio has it)
- Studio One ( id say a mix of logic pro and pro tools )
Automation in fl is messy for sure, but u can still make it easier and more efficient. The workflow isn't as lacking as it was before as well.
I would say that Fl is a decent daw, but very specific, also is fully free to produce at a decent level
To be a professional producer is not easy bro your thru

would a akai mpc be a good thing? let me know
Yeah great if you want to play your drum samples live for example, beatmakers use it a lot
Fl studio mobile here😂
What daw do you use?
Well the choice of your DAW does matter… every DAW got their own sound/vibe✌🏼
Not entirely true. When you know your DAW inside and out as he says, you can get whatever sound and vibe out of it you want. They all have strengths; they all have weaknesses and limitations. But these differences are more about how the tools look, and the steps the software makes you take to make the music you want.
What DAW do you recommend tho? 😅 Logic?

Are there copyrights on the sounds included with the software?
No, in terms of like samples and sounds within plugins. They will have like demo projects of other artists stuff, which I assume would be bad to export and pretend is your own 😅
opinions on Audacity anyone?
Bro, you know in every app I make a song name golden hour 2 it’s so fun music

where to learn using daws? and a keyboard is necessary?
RUclips is a great help, keyboards can help if you want to record live instead of program and you can find small ones for $25 i think, but not mandatory

Step 1 do be the key
What software do you guys recommend for a first-time user? I'm looking for something inexpensive/free to see if I have a real interest in it.
bandlab
What does the interface do and is there a specific interface you would recommend with a budget?
If you have studio monitors an interface is the best way to connect them to your computer, basic Focusrites are good for the budget

What program/software are you using?
FL Studio
it says "use your laptop or p"
Is it much better on pc or a mac??? i was planning to buy a macbook m1 air but i also wanted to do gaming and upgrade some ram and cpu to my pc.
With enough processing power it shouldn't matter, I'm not an expert tho
Im concerned about the legal aspect 😅
The legal aspect?
