  • Fermented cashew nut cheese is not only delicious, versatile and dairy free but it’s also easy to make! 😆🧀 🥜
    I use it to eat like cheese (obviously) as a dip or it’s good to richen sauces, pesto’s, soups and vegetable purees as it’s loaded with umami greatness! 🎉🔥👌🏻
    If you don’t have a dehydrator you can leave them uncovered in the fridge for a day or two to dry out 🌞
    Recipe:🌿
    500g raw cashew nuts 🌿
    1 litre of 3% brine (3% salt to weight of water)🌿
    A splash of fermented wild garlic juice 🌿
    Wild garlic leaves. I used the ones in my wild garlic vinegar🌿
