This is definitely not honey but smells like honey as it simmers away and has a floral chicory like bitterness to it. 🍯 🐝 🌿😆
I’m using it to make some dandelion honey madeleines but it’s great to drizzle, bake and sweeten things with just like honey. 👌🏻
The pinch of sea salt is a game changer and elevates the flavour of the flowers 🔥

Dandelion flowers ☀️
4 slices of lemon 🍋
Pinch sea salt 🧂
Golden Granulated sugar 🌞
Use half the amount of sugar to the weight of dandelion tea 🫖

Yeah it’s similar to honey weirdly and it has a slight bitterness that balances out with the sugar. Its tasty stuff
