Lars, draft is also found in sand casting , die casting, permanent mold casting as well as plastic injection molding. Also shrink allowance is req'd in all the above.

I have years of ProE/Wildfire/CREO experience and started learning Fusion 360 for personal use and growth. I find it difficult navigating between the tool I work with and others such Sketchup, Fusion, AutoCad, etc. I appreciate how well you explain differences and features of Fusion 360 and you have made learning Fusion 360 easier. if your a professional machinist, go with solid works. used it for three years at a shop. been using fusion for two moths as a hobbyist 4-6 hrs a day, its counterintuitive and functions change or move or disappear every time it auto updates. I normally dont leave negative comments on things like this, but im constantly watching out-of-date tutorials trying to figure things out.

Glad to see you back Lars! How about something about importing in files - specifically dxf files and how things work differently depending on how they were drawn, how they were exported, and what you need them for. I can give you a specific example of an import that drove me crazy today until I figured out what I did in the drawing/export to screw up my intended use in Fusion 360.

    Hi Lars,
Thanks for all the great tutorials! I have watched many of them, and refer to them often when I have the opportunity to draw. My drawing style tends to be to start with a basic shape and add or subtract features as I go to end up with a final product. I bring this up because I often have to go back and change one or more of the features. I tend to get a lot of complaints from Fusion about how this feature is needed for other features, etc. (like if I delete something). I just discovered that in some cases I can actually move the feature I want to change or delete to the end of the timeline before working on it, but that doesn't always work.
It would be great to see a video that shows us how to go back and make different kinds of changes, and how to deal with complaints from Fusion when doing this. I think you have touched on this a couple of times, but would be excited to see some real depth in this. If I missed a video(s) that already went into this, please let me know where to look, and keep going with your awesome content!
    Thanks again,
    Steve

Very nice, it is always good to have more ways of doing things.
I love how fusion has made me rethink how I work, I use a fair amount of bodies as tools now, to remove parts. Specially on complex geometry. One example is I had a surface that was curved in all ways but not symmetrical, and I wanted a text to follow the shape of the surface, and used a whole body just to delete parts to get it right.
