Amen and Thank His Holy Name!!!! He certainly does pursue us!!! I knew Him since I was a child, but in my late teens--I went my own way --God drew me back with His unconditional love!!! I worship Jesus' and God's Holy names and the Holy Spirit--the Holy Trinity!!! God will never let go of one of His own!!! How thankful i am!!!!

So true. Jesus died for us when we were his enemies. John 3:17, "not to condemn, but to save us," needs to become as well known as verse 16! Thank you for this reminder 🙏.

Heavenly Father, thank You for pursuing us with Your perfect and sacrificial love displayed in Your Son Jesus Christ. Thank You for Your peace which surpasses all understanding. Joy that the world did not give and the world cannot take away. Favor that lasts for a lifetime. Hope that sustains us in the midst of despair. Strength that lifts us up when we are weak. Thank You for giving us courage when we are afraid for You will keep us in perfect peace when our minds are stayed on thee. Lord we are thankful that we can never escape Your presence. If we go up to heaven You are there. If we make our beds in Sheol, You are there. If we take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead us, and Your right hand shall hold us. Thank You for wrapping us up in everlasting arms and being our Protector, Provider and Sustainer. Nothing can ever separate us from Your perfect and everlasting love. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Thank you Marquise and ODB for sharing this important message with us today. John 3:16 is my all-time favorite scripture verse (and I have many favorites!) and the very first one I learned. This verse says it ALL. ♥

I am born into a Hindu family, but my heart is with Jesus Christ the only savior I know gave his life for me so that I can live forever, I know troubles will be there pain will be there, I am pursuing Chartered Accountant and I have failed so many times that my family is worried what am I doing with my lives, what is my future, they want me to stop following Jesus and they want me to start praying to Hindu Gods and I can't because Jesus Christ is the only living God who gave his life for me. But I am worried about the future that what should I do. I ask everyone of you here that you pray for me that I may know the will of the Lord. I know if you all will pray for me definitely I will have a solution. Thank you, may the love and peace that we need may we find it in Jesus.

For God So Loved the World
Joh 3:16 For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (N1unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
Joh 3:17 For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.
Joh 3:18 He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation--he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ's name.] AMP
