Hazey , spending a bit of time with you , on your travels , is like a much needed mini holiday. Always good for thought along with some proper belly laughs . Thanks mate ✊👍🤘
Alright Geezer, loving the vids. Having been a competitive swimmer up until the age of 21, swimming around 4 miles a day and running about 10k on top of that, I have slowly become a bit of a lard ass at the age of 44. You seem like a top fella and I have to say you have inspired me to get my massive ass back in shape and get around my wonderful British countryside as soon as possible. Lots of gear now on order, the excersize bike and weights are being dusted down and I already feel much better having something to look forward to. All the best me old china. Thanks for the great entertainment
@@HazeOutdoors Thanks for the reply matey good to hear from you. No need to reply to this I know you are a very busy fella. Make someone else's day. Peace to the world peeps.
Alright Haze. I just wanted to pop up to say your positive outlook and upbeat demeaner is really contagious. Thanks for sharing these videos and thanks for all you have done (and probably will continue doing) for mental health awareness etc.
I think this is the only channel where all the comments are positive, I love how everyone loves your outlook on life, it’s inspiring and infectious, thanks for the vid mate 👍
My fishing mates and I have an award we give at the end of every camping trip, it's given to the person who does the most memorable thing on the trip. We call it the Geezer Award and its so named after our mate Garry, he lost his tent over the dunes in a strong wind and we never let him forget it. We never did find that tent. Every name engraved on that trophy has a story behind them and it's great for remembering the great times. Good laughs, good fun, keep it up.
I've just got back from a couple of nights camping in the Peak District. I met a bloke who'd ran out of diesel near Bamford edge. I gave him a ride to the petrol station and in that 10 min drive we discovered we have both taken up wild camping in part down to your videos. So keep doing your thing pal its much appreciated 👍🏻
Beautiful drone footage and music. Your video is really well put together. Thank you Loved the tent drama. The rain on the tent while inside. Glad the tent didn’t knock you and the bike off the cliff! And great great advice. Live in the now
You're right my friend. Sorry about things that have happened, worrying about things that will be, is too much baggage to carry around. Living and enjoying the moment and friends is enough. Thanks for inviting us along. Namaste. Respect from Florida 🌴
When I'm out with the bike I have it next to the tarp or tent with one of the guy lines threaded through a wheel or the frame in the hope the tent would tug if the bike was moved, also stick it in the biggest gear......another fantastic video and I agree the rain on nylon is just the best sound ever
"Just live in this little sliver of beautiful now." What an astute and wonderful phrase. Your insightful introspection with the camping adventures is a truly great combo.
What a completely satisfying vid. And meaningful advice about taking a moment to live in the now. So true, that, to undo the thought tornado in one’s head and enjoy the surroundings. Great views, too, though I was very nervous for you whipping along those cliffs at speed! Please be careful! Thanks again for taking us along.
Thank you Hazey for the perfect reminder to live in the moment and breaaathe and listen to the rain on our tents, enjoy the sun shimmering on the sea and the breeze in the trees and thats its ok to postpone big plans we've made because of the weather, it doesn't mean we are weak or failures.
Nearly 100K subscribers. I'm very happy to be one of them. Loves all your videos. You are a wise man Haze. Wish you the very best. Looking forward to see whats comming up next. Thanks for always being inspiring and honest.
Hi it’s great to see somebody that really does enjoy making videos and that has a great sense of humour and really doesn’t care what anyone else thinks and it’s really good to listen to someone who could give a little bit of advice such as living in the moment I have been suffering from PTSD for a long while now and what you have said really does help thank you so much
Gorgeous, stunning scenery. Haze, you live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. The landscape is stunning, breathtaking, gorgeous. I can't believe how beautiful it is there. I would love to visit the area one day & do some wild camping. I can't think of anything that would be more exciting to be surrounded by the glorious scenery, camping, one with nature. Thank you for showing me your part of the world. Its stunning.
Do love that part of the white Rose's coastline 👍. Done volunteer work on coastal footpath with national trust too. Glad yer able to appreciate your local...👍👍
I agree mate 8 was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer 6 years ago and while been clear always that nag it can come back. I like to live for now and really try not worry about things to much peace and love
Great vids mate . I've done a lot of coast cliff camping and I've found it a good idea to leave all pegs in loosen the buckle on fly a bit all round and then drop the poles to the ground and flatten tent in wind like that as if you don't loose tent it can rip to easy mate hope that may help
Nice one to watch. I’m going through some mental issues at the moment stemming from childhood & you are so right about the benefits of meditation & doing something that focuses you on the moment. It’s not easy for sure but I think every little moment of mindfulness is worth so much 🙏🙂❤️
Great video Watching your videos is like a breath of fresh air. You talk a lot of sense at times. Live in the moment is a great way to think. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress with work and illness and have struggled. I am trying to cut out all negativity in my life like stopped watching the news etc and try not to dwell on stuff at work that is out of my control. Easier said then done but trying anyway. Your small snippets of life and mindfulness really helps so thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Bet your heart went but props to the quick reactions. The makeshift blouse made me chuckle. Got that same pillow and it's done me fine plus ties around so stays in place. Another quality video!
Really struggled with my mental health last 2 days. And your closing speech hit home and was very powerful! Also VERY true mate. Someone once said to me, living in the past causes you depression, living in the future causes anxiety. Live in the present cause it's a gift. Sounds a bit corny lol but it holds weight! I done my first solo wild camp on the 14th of May just gone. One of the best things I ever done. Keep inspiring man :)
FFS, what a video, Brilliant! Keep up the guid work m8 and watch Yer back, it was the lunge that you made for the tent, watch the knees as there the next to go! Thanks again for the video, I might even take the plunge and go on a wee camping trip !
OMG, my heart nearly stopped when the tent blew away 😱 I've never thought of attaching it to the bag, great tip! 👍🏻 All of your videos feels like a quality mini holiday, love watching them ❤
That was a close one! I just received my Copper Spur today and will be taking it on my first night of camping this holiday weekend. Cheers from U.S. ✌🏽
Always a giggle with our Hazey. The biting buggers are out and about. For bike I have an alarm, if you move it it goes off comes with a remote. You can get a bike cover from poundland, and I use cordage and two pegs to peg the bike stood up. I sometimes put a basha over the bike as my support and get under there for a quickie kip. Good for a bivvy camp.
Bloody hell mother nature almost did a clean sweep, big agnes, bag & ya bike!! Loved watching ya latest adventure brings a smile to all our faces ❤ thank you!
Hazey, Hazey, give us your answer do We're half crazy, all for the love of you. Inspires me to stop over-thinking it, get out there and just enjoy.
Hey haze...I used to do a hell of a lot of cycling, cyclecamping, cycleclimbing, cyclebothying. Get yourself a quality backwheel rack and stop carrying a backpack. Thanks a bunch bru...
Great show man! Really like watching. You take us to really nice places. It is really nice seeing your part of the world. And showing us your real life. It is not always adventure and beauty. Another awesome vid Hazy. Panic stations with regards to your tent! 😱. Thought your bike was going over. Great message about living in the moment as well. Something that everyone needs to do more, instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. I really need to do the same.
