Contradiction 47: Brian jr said he saw an SUV when Julie was outside with her brother. Julie contradicts him and says there was no SUV when she was outside with her brother.
Contradiction 48: Brian jr said he saw the SUV from the dining room. Sarah said Brian jr was in the kitchen the whole night, which is at the back of the house.
Contradiction 49: Caitlyn says the plan was for Tristan to pick her up. Tristan says that was not the plan.

How strange is it that the ONLY person that saw a 5/6ft object in the yard has only testified to this ONCE?!?! She should’ve been key witness in all hearings and this trial.

Law enforcement, ADA LALLY and DA Morrissey probably picked this witness because she has only been interviewed once and because their case has clearly not been going as they hoped, Lally probably approached her the same day she testified and got her to change her testimony to give a height (5-6 ft) as to this “blob” she supposedly saw that night. It’s so ridiculous that a witness is actually adding details….critical details, to her testimony, two hours before she is testifying! It’s sad because this is the Commonwealth who is doing this and they work for the people! So, for them to be clearly acting this shady, is pretty sad! They aren’t supposed to be trying to make up facts and evidence to put someone in prison, they should only be following where the facts point them and then put the guilty person behind bars! This is not how this case has been handled from the beginning and the Commonwealth is acting just as “SuS” as criminals do! It’s crazy!! 😤

I thought he was being difficult but truthful. He knew he picked her up at night but I don’t think he honestly remembered. It’s been 2.5 years since that night and he has never had to remember the timeline of that night.
why would someone wait for her brother to arrive in a snowstorm to then go outside to tell him she doesn't need a ride? None of the albert and cohorts stories make sense
more weird... how's the brother ryan (and the other 2 passengers) sitting in the car waiting for his sister to come out and then for 3 or so minutes more (while sister in at his window discussing going home etc) with car running and headlights on, facing the area of the lawn where supposedly karen had hit John and NO ONE , the 3 in the car and Sarah, see the body????? the body would have to have been there already according to prosecution, and bc it was Sarahs own testimony that she had seen what would have been Karens car there while she was still inside looking out kitchen window for her brother but that when she went outside shortly after once her brother arrived karens car was already gone. seriously, how would none of this 4 people not see the body in the light of the headlights!

Her brother Ryan who came to pick her up states in his statement Julie told him she would likely be staying the night there. But we now know their stay was cut short and she was taken home shortly afterwards by Jen and her husband..

I truly don’t care if Karen is guilty or innocent but I sure wish someone would at least TRY to show some freaking evidence and not just ask questions about the weather and the band playing at the waterfall. If I hear “it snowed” and “I don’t recall” one more time 😂
It is so obvious that each time Julie Nagel is uncomfortable or unsure of how to answer a question, she immediately looks at the prosecutor where he immediately objects to the question. Then, of course, it gets sustained!!! To me, this suggests that she was briefed beforehand (as so were many other “witnesses” for the prosecution) to do that exact thing…make eye contact with prosecution so she/they won’t have to answer!! What is there to hide? If they are being truthful and not attempting to frame Karen, why are there ANY issues with answering any questions???

I do not know how this judge has not been reprimanded due to her bias in this trial. I have been watching trials for years now and I have never witnessed anything like this. I am tempted to call the courthouse and complain.

No wonder the cops behaved the way they did in this case apparently this is the "standard" in this town. I want justice for John and I am not bias to any side as long as there is a FAIR trial. The judge knows that her sighs and her behavior could persuade the jury. They see this the same way we do. Shame on her. I am sending my letter overnight shipping!

julie albert said she drove nicole and kaitlyn to the bar. Nicole said Kaitlyn and Tristan were at the bar when her and Julie arrived. Kaitlyn said she and tristan drove to the bar together and was there before everyone else. Tristan says he met kaitlyn at the bar and doesn't remember if her mom was there yet
Faulty memories, nothing more. Had they done an investigation and interviewed everyone who was there (and recorded these interviews) days after the murder, they’d give a more accurate account of what they did on the 28th and 29th.
Brian said he stopped for drinks with Higgins on the ride home, then claimed he didnt start drinking til he got to the waterfall?? Make it make sense! They cant keep track of all their lies!! He got caught in so many!!!

I think you mean the hostility with the defense team, they are constantly being objected and it is sustained because they are badgering the witnesses. They are repeating the same questions over and over again as a confusing tactic.

There are quite a few things that don’t add up to include first law enforcement on site screened the area and did not find one piece of shattered tail light on the ground. Then days later found glass all over the place. 🤔 She’s innocent until proven guilty. I suggest you get acquainted with Day 14th trial as cross examination brought up a group text (home owners being some on the text)agreeing to say the guy never enter the house. But to your question I do recall what I had for breakfast 3 days ago and I do recall where I was 3 months ago.
Julie really gets an attitude with the defense, but is not like that at all with Lally. I hope the jury pays attention to that.

If she was so drunk I am not understanding how she was able to see out the window all the way from the dining room first of all. Secondly, she stated she cannot remember the exact times of when people were coming and going. There is a strong possibility that the vehicle she sees moving is collins ride, or even the group that left before her. I dont believe she saw anything since the first time this was mentioned was today. If you think you saw a body you would have said something prior even before questioning.
I strongly feel someone else hit him during all the rides coming and everyone drinking and they didn't notice it right away and as his body is laying there the dog found it. They are covering for one of the kids I feel. Again there had to be a reason for everyone to all of a sudden want to go home during a storm when during testimony Caitlyn already said her parents home had plenty of room to sleepover. All of the witnesses just do not make sense

But, here is the question no one has answered, where is John’s missing shoe? It wasn’t in the snow or the yard. It wasn’t in Karen’s car. That only leaves the house.

This entire thing is strange. Something is not right with all the people that were in the house. If you have nothing to hide why not provide your vell phone records from the carrier, especially Higgins and the family members of the house. It doesn't make sense to me why they are trying to block that from the defense. I hope the defense gets them because if you had nothing to do with any of this, it wouldn't bother you to provide your texts and calls from the cellphone companies.

I have never seen a trial with so many unnecessary witnesses. Tristan was unnecessary, the Greek couple with the hard last names, Nutall, just to name a few. Just those witnesses alone took up the Jury’s time and gave ZERO substance to the trial. The prosecution is exhausting the jury with ridiculous and mundane testimony.
Was it snowing that day? Was it cold? Was it windy? Did you wear a coat? 😂😂😂

Why? I am all ears! What frustrates me the most, is the Commonwealth's constant objections to reasonable questions. The Judge in some instances is acting in a patently biased way, as if she wants to suppress the truth. Not sure how the Jury sees this. 😢

@@aradamichaels927 me too. I read somewhere that one of Albert’s neighbors (another cop) has security surveillance for the home, but it wasn’t on the night of O’Keefe’s death. Don’t know if it’s true though.
Tristan touching is face constantly is alarming! Seems to me like he is lying.
We are 11 days in and the prosecution has not moved this case forward in the least. Just day after day of who went with who to the waterfall. There has been no forensic evidence. I feel horrible for the jury.

Sara remembers looking down outside and knew exactly how the brick looked partly covered w/ snow and remembers a convo about shoes. Someone else remembers exactly when Chloe the dog was taken out to go to the bathroom. Sara remembers where Jen McCabe was charging her phone and when she picked it up to text. She has been told to say she see something, who doesn’t say to their friends that they see something after finding out it was a dying person?? 100% the jury should be questioning this
I felt uncomfortable for her when she was obviously making up the story of seeing something and saying something.
She didn’t say anything to police after she knew JO was found on the lawn on 1/29 ? I’m shook that she is lying, as no one else saw anything on the lawn.

Either John was beaten up by someone at the Alberts, or someone else hit him with their car. Karen's tail light was damaged when she bumped into John's car at their place when she was leaving to go and look for him.

Let me break this trial down for you guys in layman's terms: Think of a sports league - any sports league out there (NFL,NBA,MLB,NHL), Now think of the absolute worst team in one of those leagues. That is literally how BAD the prosecution's witnesses are. I have never in my life witnessed such a sham. I don't understand how this case was allowed to happen. But of course, when the referee (judge) is clearly trying to rig the game in favor of one team, you understand why.
The defence is playing a beautiful strategy and they barely have to try. This case isn't even about Karen Read anymore, the prosecution is literally spending all their time defending their witnesses. That explains everything you need to know.

The credibility of the Alberts et al gets weaker and weaker with each one, imo, and the defense hasn’t even put on their affirmative defense yet.
If I was a seated juror I would be seriously entertaining reasonable doubt, while still remaining open to some better evidence from the prosecution. IMO, they, the prosecution, haven’t shown anything compelling up to this point. 🤷♂️
And, tbh I haven’t seen every moment of this trial. I tend to listen while puttering. 😂
at this point if I were on the jury I'd be infuriated at the state for even bringing the trial with no independent investigation into the Alberts at all

I think 2 things happened. JO was hit and left in snow. The dog somehow escaped and chewed on the body. That's why both sides have something to hide.

Saw a RUclips video of Turtleboy harassing this witness Tristan Morris, and he would not let up which would cause anyone to swear. Turtleboy also accused him on the scene of murder of John O'keefe and the Alberts and called them McAlberts. Turtleboy does not know who or how John O'keefe died and should not accuse anyone regardless of how much he thinks Karen Read is innocent. It will all play out in court and the jury will decide. That is witness intimidation and falsely accusing people and persons of murder on line in person. Whether Tristan is a jerk or whatever, Kearney should not be acting like a lawyer or copy with questioning.
