I’ve never in my life heard of a judge that doesn’t want to hear the grounds for any objections and that is SO unbelievably biased. Can’t believe this level of blatant corruption exists in America.

So an investigation starts from ththe inside out…. The spot of the crime is your first place unless there is bias, to go straight to the girlfriends house who was the only one providing life saving measures, that’s completely out of the box of normal investigative measures. There had to have been prior knowledge of something. On top of all
Of the other inconsistencies SO FAR we’ve not even made it to the good parts I cant believe a grand jury indicted this. It’s only bc it was an officer involved. Any other victim would not have gotten the person indicted but because other officers testified they believed them. I have many law enforcement family members so I’m not bias towards all there’s bad apples everywhere

Yess soo many fill in blanks and minutes cut on video surveillance from Canton library when they sent original one VS the one Canton police sent to prosecutors alot cut police reports no ring cams around neighborhood that was working. The Alberts got rid of the family dog of 6 or 7 years to Vermont, removed the basement floors within months of death of him, sold the house for less then 50k than the price it was worth.

You know I did hear that sighing as well. I thought that was the attorney. I did not believe it was a judge, but I could be wrong, but I have not heard that since, but I’m glad somebody else knows that as well is very, very noticeable the judges demeanor she really seems right on top of it, the Attorney is in the top so she’s doing what she needs to do overall since then I think she has some that the attorney defense attorney often asked the question knowing that will be it will not be allowed to be answered but that still important not everyone understands that was so important because of jury Kent on here the question so good defense attorneys like this guy will many questions very pointed like a little seeds of doubt that they try to plant in addition to the other work but he’s a spot on the judges as well. I think she’s tired at times kind of like a marathon defense on their game, any curious to think what you thought since that day

Watch this as the Masterclass it is in linguistic surgery and how this logic and linguistic surgeon is able to control the narrative AND questions. Pay attention to the way he uses his voice how quickly he tries to get answers trying to either get agreement or point errors by individuals questioning as opposed to the prosecution those attorneys which individual prosecuting attorneys or the defense attorneys to you is the top gun in this room today ? in defense dissecting witnesses. D-atty also had Canton PD Dtx & Ofcrs appearing to be lackadaisical in their constitution. Matter of fact, ambulance driver appeared better, equipped, even though officers most likely testified more frequently, so it would be more experienced. Not exactly a focused, determined group of individuals taking police work i.e. their jobs as critically important to others, including victim and individual charged. One gets the sense at times minimum wage workers could have produced better report that night.
Finally, pay attention to the questions D Attorney asked which she knew were going to be objected to and sustained. Purposely pay attention because it happens so quickly if you’re a most likely, you are not hearing the prosecution objection to your question and the judges sustaining of your objection so, as a jury, you are most likely hearing that question intentionally asked by the defense attorney that it would be objected to by prosecution and even though it wouldn’t be overruled, the jury would still be hearing what you want them to hear. This is critically important. This is a beautiful tactic and I’m surprised the judge. She has been very quick to rule she has not seen the pattern and sidebar the attorneys over to put on notice. Very intentional questions to get evidence in to plant into the juries, mine ears brain highly unlikely remember the sustained objections brilliant attorney work also not who has control of each and every individual testify which attorney is the defense attorney or is it the prosecution? In my opinion, the prosecution does not know how to tell a story and I believe the jurors are likely picking up on that fact.
Even if you never practice law or go in front of a judge, this kind of a case, it is a wonderfully beautiful to witness. An excellent surgeon might say surgeon of linguistics a surgeon of fact, a surgeon of opinion all to influence the decision opinion and decision of those who sit in judgment. Masterful & beautiful work.

Did you not hear multiple people having different accounts of exactly what she said?
And did you not hear the job that the officers did in investigating this whole case?
Maybe she frantically thought that it was a possibility that maybe she hit him.
Maybe she was panicking because she thought she actually hit him…. Certainly does not mean it was on purpose.
So maybe she did say it. Or maybe she said, did I hit him? !
The point is, once officers heard that she said something to that effect, they jumped on it and all of a sudden, they have their suspect..
They certainly had nothing else to go on, because they didn’t investigate anything or anyone else.
Have you ever seen traffic stops when one officer pulls over another law-enforcement officer, and how crappy of an investigation they do. And do you know why that is?
It is so the intoxicated driver does not get in trouble and The officer conducting the traffic stop, can claim ignorance.
Evidence is on a fine timeline. So they do a bad job, complete the traffic stop or in this case, open the crime scene,… there’s no going back.
No evidence will be preserved, and there is no way to go back in time and prove a person’s guilt. They get off.
Not sure if they are framing Karen Read or not, but they certainly didnt do anything to find out what really happened or whether this person is someone that deserves to spend the rest of her life in prison.
