- Testimony continues for a third day in the Karen Read murder trial. Read is accused of hitting and killing her Boston police officer boyfriend, John O'Keefe, with her SUV in 2022. Anthony Flematti, a Canton firefighter and EMT, will resume his testimony Thursday.

If the prosecution is trying to make her look like she did it in person they have no evidence of that and by the looks of the testimony so far it looks like she definitely wouldn’t do that on purpose. I don’t think she’s a murderer.
I agree, she's not a killer. I believe something happened to John with others in that house & someone is accountable.
She's guilty. Her broken tail light is near the body and cocktail glass from the glass JOK was holding was found in the tail light. There's no other explanation for that other than Karen Read backed into him.
Such a difference watching a young man tell the truth and another skate around it and even possibly flat out lie at times.

Paramedic was very confident and specific while being questioned by prosecutor. As soon as the he realized the video caught him in a lie, he developed instant amnesia.
That's only because the proficient 'defense' lawyer was trying to make him a detective and he unfortunately bought it. If the paramedic had realized it, he would have handled it better. He wasn't lying. I don't think any of them are. I think it is just the way a good defense attorney puts the questions to them. It gets confusing as they go in and around things and try to come at different angles, back and forth and back again, to cause that confusion. It's a good what I call 'trickskill', haha. Those vids were horrible too and should not have been used. I did not see closed ambulance door, for just one example.
The judge is biased!!! She told defense he can only ask a couple questions????
Apparently she's known "as aunt bev" to the owner of the house they are all corrupt in my oppinion
The cop should have been asking those questions to karen and others.

The judge huffing and puffing the entire time is extremely unprofessional! That could certainly bias a jury and grounds for a mistrial. She needs a complaint made for reprimand. Unacceptable
The prosecution has the burden but the lawyer is so calm as he knows the truth will come out and he feels confident his evidrnce will be strong as it comes out.
The entire legal department is corrupt? Not sure what that means, but u can’t brush things with such a broad stroke. There are bad police officers, etc. but the majority are good people. I have family members who are police officers. They aren’t all”corrupt”?
Even sloppy or lazy cops do not murderers make and they definitely do NOT make up an entire police department, ever. Shame on her and everybody in her 'conspiracy camp'; it's been discovered by (with receipts; and I think his name is Kevin) 'Yellow Cottage Tales' You Tube Channel that Karen has had over 100 hrs. of phone conversation with that guy they call 'Turtle Boy' planting him 'stories', etc. Go figure. She seems such a deceitful person, not on the up an up all the time. I think she could be very likeable but since she is insecure and knows it and does not want to be, she tries weird ways to make and keep friends ~ like trying to pay for that girls room in Aruba. Buying the crowd dinner is one thing, but that room offer was a very weird response. I am beginning to wonder if maybe being hit by the car did not cause all the injuries and she possibly physically punched him too. He'd been leaning into drinking more and more it seems, like on New Years Eve and it was one of her (rightful) complaints about him. He may have passed out in her car, too and she'd just had enough of it and socked him a few times during her own alcoholic black out. Maybe he was keeled over into her lap when those kids didn't see him in the car. I've thought of so many angles that it seems neither lawyers are picking up on.
If the first cop that arrived on the scene took info from parties. The paramedic wouldn't have to. He could have gotten the info from the cop for his report. The cop was lazy and negligent and didnt keep.proper records.
If they didn’t find the other shoe, was it left in the house did he take his shoes off when he went into the house and then some type of altercation broke out and he had no time to get out to be put on once you real fast I mean it doesn’t make sense
A Real bad car accident occurs yrs.-- back on my property.Man was hit on impact, There WAS 1 boot on this man's foot, other one WAY up my driveway. The back of KR's Car , is an Exact scenario, Impact Sent him probably backwards.Hey she easily could have took a boot, Panicked realizing SHE did Level him.Yet, thinking fast, wanted to throw Off the crimescene.I don't think she would be Up all night,just waiting for his return.Thats a HUGE stretch,he's was a grown man.YET Her conscience, led her to ZOOM back, because SHE Damn well KNEW ,what happened.She just underestimated, b e DIED upon Impact.

Why is this witness so dead set on not saying if he is or isn't in the ambulance, makes me wonder if he was trying to let him die because dead men can't talk. He doesn't want purgure himself

Scenes like that are very fluid. Everybody is moving about doing this, that and the other thing. At the time it is going on, you are not thinking that you are going to have to recall every minute of detail and in what order it happened and who was standing where and doing what. We should be thankful because if they did, they would not be focused on the job at hand. And we would not get the best attentive medical care. Try it sometime. Don't think ahead but just pick some event you went to and try and recall every step from the moment you got there and if possible, even compare it to someone else's recollection. Memory is a tricky thing, it really is. Once you 'think' you recollect something a certain way, sometimes that sticks yet other times after a while of not being able to pin it down, you change it in your mind to something else and then that version tends to stick. It's weird. Memories can be dreamlike sometimes.
You are distracted by all sorts of irrelevant items but go out of your way to ignore irrefutable evidence of her tail light fragments being found near the body and glass from a drinking glass John O'Keefe was holding was found in Karen Read's tail light assembly. Lol.
The younger man paramedic is way more believable then the older guy

How could he have any scratches deep scratches on his right arm? How could that have happened? They should be looking into that. I doubt if it happened on the street and if he’s in the lawn how does Body get onto the lawn?
His body was found 8 ft into the lawn from the roadway. That's the width of 2 sidewalks. What exactly are you so confused about?

"Distended" = beer belly = if you continue drinking for years and liver begins to be compromised = Ascites where a continuous state of fluid builds up in the sac that encapsulates the abdomen faster than it can be relieved via liver-kidney-vein or circulatory functions.

She returned where she had hit him because it finally dawned on her that he might have been hurt ...

I can imagine your first thought might be that you could have hit someone in that situation - imagine the emotions and confusion when
approaching that scene. I don’t know how he hadn’t already succumb to the elements- that’s what I’d be stressing . He would have most likely died of hypothermia if he was out there that long , especially when you consider the fact that he had very little clothing on. Also, you would have to prove how the injuries got where they were - what part of the car hit him etc., very odd placement of injuries for a hit and run. I suppose he could have been getting out and in a fit of rage, she took off- he could have grabbed the inside of the door or door frame and it could have twisted him around, this could have bruised his hands as well as injured his arm and his head and face could have caught the underneath and then the door as he was breaking free from his grip then dumped on his back… His injuries would depend on whether she was backing up or pulling forward but they would still be similar . However, if she tore out of there quickly, it seems there would be fairly deep imprints in the snow and possibly the ground.

He was not doa or dead at the scene. He was not pronounced dead until at the hospital.

@debkb7 he was in cardiac arrest. That's dead. EMTs were doing CPR. You don't do CPR on someone that has a pulse and heartbeat. They were attempting to revive him.
There wee plentiful amounts of paramedics on the scene. Im sure there are sometines just two.
Sounds to me like Jenn was trying her best more than once to remind Karen that she was hysterical and therefore saying things against her own interest without coming right out and saying, "Hey stop incriminating yourself." She was trying to protect her and that's the opposite of a conspiracy to frame her. Which is such sheer baloney to me b/c Karen is the one who went around waking everybody up and telling even Jenn & Kerry on and off that she might have hurt him.
If Karen was a murderer and hurt him, would she go around incriminating herself like that? No.

Rehomed or not the police could have got a warrant to have that done.
Did karen read scratch him while they were at the bar before they left did he have scratches from her before she actually dropped him off because how else would they get on his skin on his arm?

This witness sats the arm wounds show signs if being older perhaps made earlier in the evening. Interesting. I hope more gets revealed about this. . He could have been injured on his arm at least earlier in evening. All other wounds had fresher blood.

1:45:00 on: I would have honestly been able to say I cannot see well enough to see much of anything in any of these videos. I can hardly believe that the judge even allowed them in as evidence.

@rickg2516 if he went under the car, how did he end up in a yard where there wasn't tire tracks? Surely when they decided to blow the snow away from the area, they would have seen snow packed tire tracks. I can't make a scenario of a passenger getting dropped off and somehow being hit on the right side and head. How are his legs not affected by being hit by a vehicle? He has head injuries and an injury to the right arm. So what, he was crouched down and standing facing the street for her to hit him? She dropped him off a ways up the street before the house and flag pole or backs up to get momentum, he walks along the road and then she hit him? It doesn't make sense to try playing the scenario of a passenger being dropped off at a house party and hit with so much force to cause what happened to mainly the right side of his head and face. Maybe someone else can make it make sense.

Because when a body is hit by a car the body is thrown many feet away
