Thank you for these markers. When I saw the Veterinary DNA Analyst I was expecting the testing to be from bite wounds from his arm I'd seen pics of, not from a shirt so I was disappointed in her testimony.
@@minibascue8440 I expected that too. If blood was collected in solo cups, I suspect that the swabs were collected with the same carelessness. I’m also not sure if those were dog scratches, and there were no bite marks. They could be scratches from a sharp object.
Are judges ever investigated? If not, they should start now.

It’s been that way for all of the witnesses in that extended Albert family. The judge and DA are working for them. They wait until they’re “ rescued” so they don’t have to lie and perjure themselves. Because they can’t tell the truth this far into it.

The defense team are nothing but a bunch of bullies who continually asked the same questions over and over again as a confusing tactic. It is quite unprofessional and it’s the very reason why when they object to anything it is sustained. They know that Karen killed John O’Keefe. They’re just as crooked as she is. I hope she gets the maximum sentence but I’m afraid she’ll probably get off just like Casey Anthony did reasonable doubt!!
It's weird to me the questions that aren't allowed.....
Does the town of Canton have a drinking problem? Everyone is driving drunk (including police officers) and parents not caring that their underage children are drinking.
I know, they are admitting to drinking and driving and on their cellphones while driving, and Karen they are charging the one woman they all claim was sitting in her SUV doing nothing but has all her lights on.
Brian Albert didn’t even leave the bar until 12:14.

Chris Albert left the bar last at 12:14 and said he got home at 12:19 went upstairs, fell asleep around 12:30, Colin woke him up around 12:40 - didn’t take Colin 30 minutes to get home so that time can’t be correct.
They have messed up all the time lines.
To be honest, when I’m picking people up I text “here” when I’m five minutes out because no one gets in my car quick enough. If that were true, she pulls up at 12:15 and he is a high school kid (inappropriately drinking) not waiting outside, he lingers, walking out at 12:15/12:20a and the waterfall is 5/10 mins away from their house, it does keep this timeline in the realm of believable. Just putting the thought out there.

It’s very easy to tell who’s questioning! Every time the defense asks a question, the prosecutor says Objection and the ‘Judge’ sustains! Also, the prosecution witnesses look at the prosecutor waiting for him to Object! No brainer!

I’m in my 40’s n my memory is horrible. I’ll see posts on someone’s pic on FB. I will not remember making the comment, at all. If I was drinking, no way I would remember times, when I left places, how much snow was on the ground. I mean how many times has someone seen snow on the ground since then. I do believe KR is guilty but not beyond reasonable doubt.

I just checked, the date doesn't change over midnight on an iphone during a message exchange that traverses midnight. I have no idea or explanation to the other discrepencies though. And the fact the year is shown proves she didn't make that screen shot until at least 366 days after those messages, which must mean it was either from her new phone, it's manipulated, or she's lying about the new phone.

That John O'Keefe was on the property is not in dispute. We all know he arrived with Karen Read and remained on that lawn dying until 6:30 am. She never said he was in the house. Wow, you people are desperate to hear what you want to hear. After all these witnesses, it is clear that John O'Keefe never entered that house and that Colin Albert left before he ever pulled up with his killer.

If she didn’t see him and in fact no one there seen him as they claim, then why would she say it like that? It was a statement to protect him which supports the defense about how close these people are and that they’ll do anything for each other.

I say just as she did they were at my house. So John appeared to be at the house which I'm taking as IN the house. So between the rehoming of dog, floor ripped up, house sold, him being at the house I believe she's innocent

Yes or no answers are actually often confusing when they question is something like "you didn't see x, did you?" If you say yes, are you saying you agree or that you did see x? If you say no, are you disagreeing or saying no, you didn't see x? See how this creates a a problem with syntax? Saying correct makes it clear you are agreeing and avoids this confusion.
The repeated “correct” answers may all be the advice of the DA’s office. They are all the prosecution‘s witnesses in these videos.

Ryan Nagel is a smart man and looks the most presentable of any of the witnesses so far! He may not need the Albert’s in his life.
The date and time of an iMessage that has been sent cannot be altered by the sender or the receiver. The timestamp reflects when the message was actually sent or received, and this data is managed by Apple's servers, ensuring it remains accurate and unchangeable once recorded.
Ryan Nagel lied, and so did his ex-gf. They’re either been threatened or paid off. They both stated that they saw Karen Read’s SUV turn onto Fairview and they followed directly behind it. That’s a lie. The driver, Ricky Dantono was honest, he said he didn’t see any cars near the intersection of Fairview and Cedarcrest, and that Karen’s car was already at 34 Fairview when he pulled up.

They have John leaving the waterfall with a glass in his hand - I can’t remember the time stamp on the video. Apparently Karen missed the street and had to turn around so I’m guessing they pulled up about 12:20

Ricky D'Antuano the driver of the pickup did not see or flash the suv to let it turn before turning on Fairview. Contrary to Julie's brother and his girlfriend's statements. Girlfriend says suv parked 2-3 feet in front of them at the house and boyfriend 1 1/2 car lenght then 3 but Ricky says it was already 20 yards in front of them.

@@musictomyears6920 true - Brian and Nicole walked out at 11:58 so they probably got home at 12:10 which matches up with Colin leaving. Chris’s timeline is where the problem lies.
And if Karen was sitting in her SUV outside of the house at that exact exact time, those kids were picking somebody up to go home, she could have been sitting there trying to get a hold of John because he went there and either couldn’t get a hold of him or got into an argument and she left… He was killed in that house.
I need to clarify because the inane questioning by all the attorneys is exhausting and I haven't been able to watch everything. Have we established why this house full or randos urgently needed to murder John and frame Karen?

Creditable witnesses so far proving that Karen and John were outside the Alberts house. Defense should be a little bit concerned

Well, they had to be at the Albert’s house. Karen was dropping him off. No one is disputing they were there. She is saying he was still alive and well when she left him. But, here’s a question for you; where is John’s missing shoe?

My only criticism of the defense is that I think they went too hard with specifics on what they believe happened to John. It’s clear to me something happened to him in that house, but none of us knows exactly who did it, how and when. I still lean with a fight of some sort happened and John left injured. They figured he call Karen but being injured and confused, he passed out on the lawn. I believe Jenn and that car saw him when they left around 1:45 but laughed and did nothing. Figuring he’d be fine. Jenn had a moment of conscience and googled “how long to die in cold” when she got home at 2:27am. Brian made the calls with Higgins around the same time. All said screw him. When they found him dead the next morning, they realized whatever fight happened was now a homicide. That’s when the coverup started. I’m also leaning toward Higgins possibly being the one that the fight started with. Maybe some words about Higgins going on a date with Karen. It happens. Then all the “bros” jumped in. The dog did what dogs do and protected. Remember, they all admit Brian was letting Chloe out at that exact time. Someone took it too far and hit John with something in the head. John left and passed out to die in the lawn. That’s my theory. But my point of my criticism is that is clear the defense doesn’t know exact details of what happened. No one would but those involved. So don’t pigeon hole yourself to death me exact time or culprit. Stick to he made it in the house and someone or some people beat him resulting in his death. It’s gonna be telling to see McCabe and Higgins testify.
I respect your theory, but I do not agree that the defense is pigeonholing. So far I believe it could have been a fight inside by Brian H, but I also believe anyone of the drunks could have hit him with their car and freaked. I do like your theory though. It feels more plausible than anything else. I think, so far, they have created reasonable doubt. And the judge is totally perpetuating the idea of a systemic coverup. SHE is obviously biased, and working hard to put the fix in. The more the judge does to work against the defense the more credible the defense seems.
