Congratulations on your new journey! I had my surgery one 1/2 weeks ago and the first week I was only aloud clear liquids, now that I'm done with my first week, I can only have drinkable yogurts, jello, and runny soups with absolutely NO chunks! I am so shocked that your out 1 week and already eating oatmeal and cottage cheese???😱😳 I would think that's too soon but i guess if your surgeon says its ok then who am i lol.. im curious tho, have you felt any pain while eating those foods?
All your food stuff is super interesting!! Crazy how fast you get full now. That being said, question/suggestion.. why not mix your protein powder with water instead of soy? That way you’re getting in a little more water but also not getting as full of the soy milk?
I'm surprised you were allowed to eat oatmeal on the clear liquid diet?
Congrats on your new journey , I was going to get bariatric surgery in 2010 but I backed up and was already in the process of getting it done 😊

I need to try and get in my calcium plus my protein powder tastes a lot better with soy milk rather than water.
Ooo smart!!!! Imma copy that lol my surgery is 06/20/2022 I’m so excited 😆
What food?
Wow 12 lbs. already.. that's great. Your face looks a bit thinner from your previous video. .. Are ulcers a possible complication from the surgery?
They are, especially after surgery. It can develop around the staple lines.
Though only liquid for 2 weeks
Confusing. All liquid ... Good for you.
