Soak your feet in warm water get a foot bath or just use something that can cover your feet.. Soak in salt water or dawn soap water.. 30 to a hour twice a day get rid of fungus in nails and between toes. Soak and relax also do research on why you should soak feet and how it connects with skin and nerves

I think this highlights a huge flaw in the NHS, where doctors just guess and send you away with some drugs, and if they get it wrong you have to diagnose yourself, then convince the doctor and then get out on a waiting list for something they should have diagnosed and treated in a week.

This video has helped me so much! Ive just been crying because I felt like no one understands what I’m going through and when I can’t make my work my family get mad at me and it’s horrible. I’ve had this on and off since 2011 and it keeps coming back and lasting months if not years at a time. I’ve lost two jobs because of this and I’ve just started a new job this year and I’m scared of losing it. I’m going to the doctors today and mentioning this because ive tried the diets, tablets, herbals etc and nothing has worked. Thank you so much for making this. I’ve just showed my mum and for the first time feel like she properly understands what I’m going through.

Tierra Green yes! My very first instance involved one of my lymph nodes being so swollen that it was bulging out of my neck. The doctors said it was because I still have my tonsils and apparently my tonsils are huge and tend to hold onto bacteria :/ I was going to get them taken out, but luckily the lymph nodes haven’t been an issue again for me, just the swollen puffy eyes and hives.

I feel for everyone who suffers with this! I'll never forget my very first attack, I had all the itching but no hives which lasted for about 3 months. It felt like little bugs crawling under my skin. It drove me insane until one day it just went away. Then 2 years later, I got the hives again. It lasted 3 months, then went away. This happened a few more times. Then After 10 years of no hives. They came back. By then, I had narrowed it down to 2 suspects. Chinese food or popcorn. So I did a test. I made some popcorn and guess what, 4 days after I ate the popcorn, I got the hives. The reason I cold never figure it out before because it took 4 days for the hives to start which by then I usually had forgotten what I had to eat. I am writing this now because I had been free of it for quite a while until I accidentally ate some rice cakes which had corn kernels it. So here I am again. Also, regular corn doesn't affect me like popcorn. It has something to do with the corn kernels. Crazy itching mad it makes you!

I can tell u why it's happening. It makes complete sense. My body had trapped blood that was not moving to my liver. As u know the liver filters clean blood. My doctor used acupuncture herbs and needle cupping to get that blocked toxic blood to go to my liver. Also the reason why the body is releasing histamines is because it's telling u some toxic blood in your body shouldn't be there. Trust me I've been three weeks going to the doctor and I finally have my life back. It's called blood stagnation in Chinese medicine. Seek out a Chinese doctor only. The main thing this affects me with is school. Makes going so difficult. I try to email professors and take the exams but when you're not there learning stuff it is harder. Plus constantly calling in to work sucks I got fired twice now because I was doing customer service and I get it really bad on my face (eyes swell up) and after constant calling in (because they didnt want be scaring customers) I got fired. Now I suffer from depression and anxiety even when I get breaks and they go away for a few weeks, because I know it isn't over and its already caused a lot of failure in me. Really sucks. Plus a lot of people think its disgusting when I go out in public anyways because once again its all over my face neck and arms really visible. Lastly I feel like it makes me get sick a lot more because my body and brain is tired of it and my immune system is in overdrive so I get the cold once every few months. Had this for six years. Longest break in the hives was like 4 months and I felt amazing but now they've been back and with force. Oh well.

My uticaria started at around age 9.
At one point mine was just as crippling as described in this video.
    I'm 43 now.
I have identified what causes mine and do not take any drugs to control the hives.
I live hive free most of the time with only occasional issues.
I am allergic to all types of meat.
If I eat meat my body will react with uticaria starting a few hours afterwards and lasts up to six weeks.
Cross contamination gives me scratch uticaria that lasts a few days.
I can eat eggs and cheese with no issues.
As long as I avoid all meat I have no uticaria.
Since I have to avoid most processed food anyway I also avoid preservatives.
I make most of my own food to avoid cross contamination.
I eat salads legumes and fruit.
I do not take any drugs at all.
I can often tell if a food is cross contaminated after just a few bites because my mouth starts itching and then my throat and chest later my stomach will itch.
It was hard to figure out because the effects last for up to 6 weeks from last exposure and meat is in all types of products including canned vegetables and many dry goods.

    • @salinaradillo2439
      @salinaradillo2439 Месяц назад

What do you mean by cross contamination?

    • @mayfieldslv
      @mayfieldslv Месяц назад

For example I can eat McDonald's fries 🍟. But if I go most other places that use the fryer for chicken nuggets as well if I eat fries there I get cross contamination. Same as veggie burgers cooked in the grease from beef burgers. It only takes a small amount of meat to give me uticaria. Another example is pizza. I get a veggie or cheese pizza but they use the same knife they use on the meat lovers pizza and did not clean the cutter. Or at subway the same thing happens when they cut the sandwich in half. If I get them to use a clean knife I don't get the uticaria.
Another example is at a salid bar sometimes people use the same utensil they picked up the ham with to grab something else or some of the meat gets in the other containers.
Does it make sense now what I mean by cross contamination?

I am also practicing yoga especially pranayama or breathing exercises which is also helping immensely.
If you apply coconut oil with camphor on the hives, it reduces itching also.

It is the most awful torture. I have tried SO many different things (antihistamines do nothing), Prednisone does help but it destroys my blood sugars (Type 1 diabetic).

I have had chronic urticaria for 9 years now, which is quite uncommon but not unheard of. I’m currently 16 and I’m taking my a levels. The type of chronic urticaria that I have is mainly brought on by stress but it’s always there. I can actually write on my skin which is quite weird and I also get hives. I have an eppi pen as over the last year my neck and mouth has started swelling when I get rlly stressed. I have tried everything, juicing, all sorts of medication that stops me sleeping and sends me loopy and now I’m on a sugar free diet which is very difficult. I’ve not tried the injections yet because I’m just trying to get rid of it naturally as best I can because I’m so afraid of needles 😂. It’s not easy but we have to deal with it I guess 🤷‍♀️

@@AntoniaSara I know this is an old comment, but if you're still waiting for an answer, I was put on montelukast about 5 months ago for exercise urticaria. I still need to take antihistamines before an intense workout, but the flares don't push through the antihistamines any more since starting montelukast, and I'm not using antihistamines throughout the day. It worked wonders for me, but everyone's biology is a bit different, so it worked for me, might not work for you. I would say trying it is in general not a bad idea, just watch out for some of the side effects that can happen.

Hi guys i will tell u how i cured my extreme cholinergic urticaria in 4 days.
I was in a condition where i would get itching and hives whenever sunlight touches the skin, it became worse. I did my research then i found that impure blood is a main reason.
Here is the cure that worked for me.
1)I ate aloevera(1 small slice) in empty stomach followed by turmeric(half tea spoon more than enough) milk in morning for 3 days.
2)on the 3rd i still got itch and hives but not severe so i thought of speeding up the purification process on 4th day i drank 5 to 6 litres(1hour - 300ml-400ml)
Surprisingly on 5th day it just vanished that is reduced to 5%.
Note:Anti histamines worked fine but once i stopped it came back.

I have been living with this since 1999 in the marine corps. Long ruck marches caused my skin to swell for 2-3 days. Today, I am still taking zolar shots every 30 days. If ever I miss a shots appointment, my body on day 32 reverts back to wheels, swollen joints, and under the feet sweal. It sucks!
I weighed 165 in 97-2000, 175 when I was Med Boarded out of the Army… everytime I want to work out, I get severe swelling and wheels everywhere. Due to the joint swelling pain, i basically can work out 1-2 times a month… today I way 265, and I seriously want to lose weight, but this uticaria just will not allow me to… doc recently put me on zolar injections and they are expensive, but seem to work great! If I miss a 30 day window, by day 32 i am broken out with wheels, and by 33 swelling starts. It truly is a demotivator for me.
The worst part is that coworkers look at me like a leaper! They see how it causes major swelling and wheels on neck, arms, legs, and head…. And many act like it is contagious, even though it is not.

I’ve been battling this for almost 6-8 months. I get my shots every three weeks. I really can’t get overheated, I stay indoors because it seems if I work up a sweat, it’ll aggravate the patch of hives that are active at that moment. I was on steroids for a year before I was able to start the injections. It affected my face the most, my skin got red, hot and swollen. I actually peeled. It took me such a long time to get my extremely dry flakey skin back to normal. I can tell where my hives are going to appear because that area will get hot, then I’ll start itching. I now carry an epi pen with me at all times and a cream that helps calm the hives. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I didn’t realize there were so many people with this affliction.

Man.. you really suffered, I’m quite happy you’re back to normal now. I THINK I have urticaria and it’s an interesting cause (extended hot shower caused it). So at the moment I’m about 5 weeks into it and I just get red dots etc when my body gets hot + the insane itching. Cooling it down stops it. But it definitely seems to be an immune thing.
To my mind your body perceives ‘x’ as a threat and fights it, in my case any heat (yay for summer). Have not come across these injections before your video, might be my solution too?

Y’all take care!

I cannot have dairy, fish oil, cured fish, avocado, tomatoes, etc. I found that lemon juice and raw apple cider vinegar are fine for me though. I also found that I have sulfur intolerance -- rutabagas and Brussels sprouts made my skin flare up really bad. Both histamine and sulfur intolerance (overload, really) are caused by certain bad bacteria in the gut. I found this video because now sunflower lecithin made me flare up, and I'm trying to find out why.

After YEARS of dealing with hives and doctors telling me that they had no idea what was causing it, I found one doctor that lead me to know MY problem. I am intolerant to GLUTEN, which is a protein in wheat products. gluten. Now, I do not have celiac disease, I am just intolerant to the gluten and it cause hives, diarrhea and in really bad episodes, swelling of the hands, feet and lots of headaches. -- I can suppress the hives with H1 and H2 blockers, but reducing my Gluten intake was key. I can actually control it now. I have episodes from time to time, but only when I overdo my gluten intake. After about 4-6 weeks I clear up if I reduce or stop eating Gluten. If you eat a lot of wheat products and suffer from hives, you may want to investigate this. It will take several weeks for the gluten to get out of your system, but once it does, you'll feel better. I would consult your doctor about this and do what they say, but try to go to a doctor that believes that gluten can adversely affect you. I found that not all doctors believe that, but for me, I can turn the hives on and off with my gluten intake. - Good luck.

I just came across your video. I hot Chronic Hives two years ago for about 7 months. It was awful. Your pictures are exactly what I had. Huge itchy painful burning splotches all over my body. The random swollen body part. My lip once was three size bigger. I would have to go to bed early when friends came to hang out with me and my boyfriend because my face was so swollen. I could barely warm from the hives on my inner thighs to the bottoms of my feet being swollen. One day, it went away. I was so happy. I was taking whatever I could with no help, I stopped taking all the Benadryl type medications, mixed with some stomach acid stuff. which would help sometimes but not others, and I would still get the hives but feel like a zombie. Well, A few days ago, I got them again. Every time I had an itch I would go in full panic mode and check my body. Normally with a sigh of relief that I'm okay. This time, no such luck, my waist was covered once again in the welts. My heart sunk, I can't imagine going through this again. so far it's not as intense as the first time, but it's only been a few days. I've been trying to go the natural route since the medications have so many side effects. I'm trying not to lose all hope, but it's difficult. I've been crying so much the last few days. The only thing that's helping is trying to distract my brain. I'm sitting here watching videos to feel less alone in this situation. I'm drinking a huge glass of warm turmeric and apple cider vinegar water, in hopes it'll help with the inflammation. I guess I'll see. Last night was bad, my entire legs were covered. I slathered myself in coconut oil and watched funny videos with my boyfriend to try to distract myself from crying. ::sigh:: This sucks.

I can’t even do anything until it stops because it’s so intense. I’m glad I figured out what it is though. Also the meds my doctor gave me made me feel like I was having a heart attack and I nearly passed out. Not taking that again

I’ve been suffering from chronic urticaria for 3 years and i’ve been using antihistamine daily to keep it under control. Mine was triggered with a rare sea animal bite but never stopped. I’ve tried those elimination diets but diets didn’t cure it unfortunately. I’m intolerant to certain kind of food but I’ve seen that food is irrelevant to my urticaria and don’t cure it. I’m still looking for a permanent cure for this.

So when I’m outside, when I work out, and take long hot showers. I went to a dermatologist and they prescribed Zyrtec and it helped with the itch but I still get the rashes. Mine were the size of dinner plates on my legs and other areas. Took about 6 months for my Primary Care Provider (WITH my suggestions) to see an specialist. I am currently on Xolair and I too am VERY thankful. My only concern is IF the manufacturer ever shuts its doors so to speak...we'll keep this positive though. Jesus I had tree oil so have applied it. I think I got this from having to take antihistamines to stop itching from an attack of scabies. I read that your body actually changes due to loratadine or benadryl so that you get hives and itching when you try to stop them. Talk about a vicious cycle.

Vicki Takacs - I had the same problem with Anti-Histamines... the problem is that most of them also intrrfere with the production of DAO the Histamine downgrading enzyme that helps to keep Histamine in check... so if you already have low levels of DAO and taking an antihistamine this makes your DAO even lower... I weaned myself off antihistamines slowly while trying to boost my DAO and sticking to a low histamine diet... I am now at a point where I have not taken any antihistamines for a year... I can eat most foods and coffee again (yay).... I need to stay well hydrated and I am 90% symptom free.

Hi, I started getting hives in February of the year after being in a major car accident. It started getting worst I’d be out eating and immediately I’ll see the whales coming up. It would get as bad as yours where im fully covered eyelids in my hair and scalp, under my feet I mean everywhere. I been on steroids and tons of anti histamines. I’m so tired of taking pills. Yes it’s very painful too where it affects my walking. I went to see an Endocrinologist. I doing checks for hormone imbalances along with other blood work. I know for sure that my body does not like sugar as it’s a big trigger as I noticed my body’s reaction to sweets. I’m also triggered by stress and sweat. It’s important also to sleep well get a least 8 hours of deep sleep to allow your body to restore and strengthen the immune system. I will continue to share more updates on my findings as it’s new to me and I think we could all help each other. Stay well and thanks for sharing

I had been getting the Xolair injections monthly for a couple of years and they really helped so much, I was able to stop taking Zantac when it was recalled, and I didn't breakout. Because of the pandemic, I stopped going to my allergist each month and I haven't had injections since February. I just started breaking out again this week, so I'm going back to my allergist next week. The itching is maddening. I usually use a heating pad for my monthly cramps, but I broke out in hives when I used it last week. Right now I am using cold packs, I started taking Pepcid in addition to the Singulair and Zyrtec that I still take daily. The itching is much better about an hour or so after taking the Pepcid, but 8 hours later it's bad again.
Just thought someone might be interested in how it goes after skipping the injections for a while. My allergist had told me that some people stop getting the injections and they're fine, so I was hopeful that I could stop them for good but apparently that's not going to work for me. It's frustrating to think I'll need these injections monthly for the rest of my life.
I wish everyone experiencing hives good luck and itch free days. Hang in there.

@@Mrsh3n1 It took a few months, but I still had to take zantac, zyrtec and singulair daily in addition to the injections. Unfortunately, I stopped getting the injections during the pandemic, but started breaking out again and resumed the xolair injections but now I seem to have a reaction to them which includes hives and angioedema, which is new to me. I read somewhere once that if you discontinue the injections and restart them it can cause you to have reactions to the injections.
Now I can't have them, so I am currently taking dapsone which is working very well.
I hope you get relief soon.

I tried everything. I got allergy testing and I’m not allergic to anything so I had to be put on steroids multiple times because of how bad my hives were. They worked but made me gain a bunch of weight. Finally after months, the doctor decided to put me on Pepcid and Zyrtec. It’s the only thing that has worked! 1)I ate aloevera(1 small slice) in empty stomach followed by turmeric milk in morning for 3 days.
2)on the 3rd day i still got itch and hives so i thought of speeding up the purification process on 4th day i drank 5 to 6 litres(1hour - 300ml-400ml)
Surprisingly on 5th day it just vanished that is reduced to 5%.

😱 OMG! Thank you for sharing your story. This sounds like and looks like exactly what happened to me two days ago. I finished an extended water fast 3 days before this happened (16 days no food, just water). I was slowly integrating food back into my digestion system. I think this rash might be triggered by gluten so it might be celiac disease because (Wed evening) I ate some wheat flax crackers with homemade sunflower butter and the next day (Thurs afternoon) I noticed I started having a histamine itchy burning reaction on my lower legs. Thought maybe it was a reaction to big bite, didn’t pay attention, rubbed some coconut oil & tea tree oil on and went about my day. Later that day (Thurs evening) I ate fresh bread (pita / fresh restaurant pizza oven type bread) and humus the next day (Fri afternoon) I rushed home in the middle of the day ripping my clothes off to see why I was itching so badly and I saw that the rash spread to my hips and thighs especially the back of my legs and butt! For immediate relieve I could only think to get into a warm bath with lavender essential oil, apple cider vinegar & epsom salt! The rash calmed down, stopped itching and basically went away. After the bath, I rubbed myself down with hydrocortisone cream & lavender oil and for the next few hours no problem. It wasn’t until (Fri night) after munching on the left over bread & humus that the rash started to reappear a few hours later, woke me up in the middle of the night, that I made the “connection” between the rash and the bread!!! I started feeling a burning itching sensation on my arms then the red rash splotches & welts appeared on my arms, back and legs like your pictures! Wondering if this could be:
Urticaria, Atopic Dermatitis, Celiac disease - Gluten intolerance, leaky gut? Or something else. Before doing the water fast I didn’t have any reaction like this.

I know what you are going through. I want to make a video soon, but I dealt with hives for over 3 years to the point that it ruined my life. Chronic hives are miserable and would never wish them on anybody. Here is what I can recommend.
    1. Eliminate all wheat/gluten (it took me 2 years to realize this because I've been eating it all my life and had never had a problem with it. As soon as I cut this out of my diet and all forms, my outbreaks were not as bad. I would be afraid to fall asleep because my throat would close up and would fear I would choke to death in my sleep. Yes it was that bad. Eliminating wheat was my greatest challenge because it is hard to stay disciplined and say farewell to your favorite foods, especially when you go out to eat with family and friends. I was in so much misery that it was worth it to do and would have done anything to get better, so I did. This cured about 75% of my hive problem surprisingly.
    2. Try enemas. To make sure that all the wheat I was eating completely passed through my body, I would take an enema so no trace of gluten would be present. This was a miracle for me. It helped me flush out the toxins causing the reaction and ensured that my body was completely free of gluten and wheat when I first started or if I were to ever backslide and make a mistake eating. Yes, hidden ingredients, family cooking, and slipping up are a reality of going gluten free. Enemas will help it pass through you body much quicker.
    3. ZYRTEC. THIS was a miracle for me and don't know what I would have done without it. It is my greatest relief yet greatest pain because it makes you super drowsy and tired. I don't know how this would work for you but this literally had saved my life in more ways than one. My face would puff out, my throat would close up, hives would cover my entire body and one or half of these pills would not only make the bumps go away but also the itching would subside. Everything else for allergies did not work for me. Zyrtec will help you get through those hard days or even times when you slip up while changing your diet. Slowly, I managed to wean myself off of it because I reached a point where I'm not as sick anymore.
    4. Diatomacious Earth and Activated Charcoal. I spent years going through supplements trying to find the best ones. At the end of the day, none of them really worked. The only two are not supplements at all which are DE and charcoal. I would take 1 TBSP of DE before bed with Activated Charcoal tabs. This helped eliminate the toxins in my body and felt immediate improvement in the quality of my life. The symptoms of hives at this point were completely eliminated. No more ER visits.
Hang in there. Learn how your diet works and try some of these things. If you can afford it, a food sensitivity test helped me as well once I stopped eating wheat/gluten.

I have had ICU for over 2 years now. I will not say that I am cured but I am 90% improved. Research ways to boost your DOA... this is the body's natural histamine downgrading enzyme. For me I am on a good Omega 3 supplement, a good multivitamin, Vitamin D, Slow Release Magnesium and a Iodine/Selenium combo supplement. These have all greatly helped me...Oh and I also take Sole (salt water) daily.
I hope this helps someone as much as it has helped me!

Thank you so much for making this video, I’ve been on prednisone for 2 months and no improvements on my chronic urticaria. I’m at the point of depression and this video has given me hope. I will be going to the hospital tomorrow pushing for this and if not I will be going to a private clinic to push for it. This is not a good quality of life and way to live, and I’m at my last strings.

Hi- I'm walking in your shoes right now---this is the second time in my life I've gone through this relentless allergy. I don't know if I could find the shots in the US--I haven't heard of them. I'm miserable. I just ordered one thing that helped me before- New Zealand Colostrum supplements. Not cheap. I can only hope. Over-active immune system- you hit it on the head. What started with a reaction to food color has blossomed into a beast!

Thank you, Sonja. Really appreciate your effort to help others with this problem.
It's been about 5 weeks from the first "itch" (upper, right thigh)...My body, at present, in engulfed in a red, patchy layer. I've gained close to 9 1/2 in two days from water retention...lower legs and belly are noticeably collecting fluid. Though not a big fan of doctors, I visited an urgent care facility, yesterday, and was giving a prednisone injection and prescribed additional steroid tabs, cream and antihistamines.
I, too, have researched this malady, extensively, and, similar to you, is willing to trying anything and everything...
My back data: I've had two previous episodes with hives. The last one was over 30 years, ago. It went away on its own.
I'm retired. 63 yo M. Health and fitness buff. 5'10", 170 lbs. May go out for a lunch or dinner at local restaurants, maybe, once every two or three months. I eat two meals a day (6 hrs eat: 18 hrs fast). 80% whole, fresh foods, little meat of any kind...clean, clean, clean. I reversed my Type 2 Diabetes, 12 years ago, and lost 44 lbs in the process and have maintained a preventative medicine lifestyle, ever since! I stopped testing blood sugar 5 years, ago, no need. I take no prescription meds of any kind. I haven't seen a physician (up until yesterday) in over three years. Again, no need. I haven't been sick in over 8 freaking years! I exercise 75 mins, daily, 365...
and, in December, I wake up, one night, scratching. What the hell! lol
I've always said to my wife and kids, "What doesn't kill us, only, makes us stronger!" Well, boys and girls, it's time for grandpa to dance to the music, again. "Face your fears, embrace the challenge!"
Fuck, my skin! "Over active immune system" (sorry, doctors), I ain't buying it!
I will study the results of my CBC panel, later this week, and go over it with a fine tooth comb. And, then, go from, there.
I asked the doc about Helicobacter Pylori but she told me my insurance will probably not cover that test (or C-Reactive Protein, either) but she did request a Thyroid panel for me. I know I don't have have an under active thyroid but what the hell.
It's only been 5 weeks. But, I don't want just a "treatment" that works. I don't want to take drugs, either. I really want to find root cause. I have a huge problem with conditions that just pop out of the blue and fade away by themselves, as mysteriously as they originated.
I appreciate your journey and your social conscious, Sonja. Kudos & Thank you so much for sharing, young lady!
...But, in the end, I really need to know what causes this. Because, in true medicine of the human body, you don't fucking "treat" disease. You take care of your body will conscientious diligence and allow it to do all the "treating", itself.
PS: I already fasted for 5 days on water and green tea, only. Condition worsened. And, I changed my laundry soap to All Free and Clear. No noticeable improvement, either.

It's been almost 4 days since I posted, above. My skin is healing, noticeably, each and every day.
The angiodema that made by belly and lower legs swell to nearly twice its normal size has almost entirely subsided. The itching when sleeping has been reduced by 80%. The inability to get sleep in the worst part of urticaria, Without sleep, your body can't repair damaged skin. I've stopped taking the prednisone, now, and, last night, was the first time in the last 10 days I was able to get more than a few hours sleep.
(PS: The hydroxyzine (aka benadryl) did nothing for my hives. They offered nothing in the way of itch relief.)
During these last four days, I've resummed my intermittent fasting regimen (no food after 2PM until 8AM, next day). Plus, I've resumed my normal consumption of 140 oz of water, every day. I also am back to my normal workout routines, as well. The bright side of urticaria, for me:
      1. My face (aside from swelling of eyelids) was left untouched, and
      2. My joints and muscles were unaffected by the allergic reaction so I was able to exercise throughout this awful ordeal.
Finger's crossed but, I believe, the worst is over. If I get a relapse, I'll be sure to post, back, additional observations. Going to see an allergist on Wednesday, just the same...

      @@rsthegoat4221 two possibles:
      1. BPA (Bisphenol A), and
      2. Mold
We discovered a slow leak under the slab of our home. One wall of our home had quadruple normal moisture content of the other walls. After re-piping our home and dehumidification, my rash finally disappeared. I can only surmise that mold may have played a role.
