    Looks good Syed. I use brown sugar too but prefer Jaggery....just hard to find in regular supermarkets. Keep the recipes coming especially the hot ones! Love your simple videos easy to follow.

    Thanks for the video Syed. I love Pathia and may give this a go. Could do without the background music in the video (or at least fade it well into the background) - just a point :) Many thanks for sharing though.

    Please can you do a chicken ceylon curry. My local restaurant used to do a fantastic version not just full of coconut powder. They must have a new chef as not the same. It was unique in the uk
    Many thanks

    Why did you not put tamarind in this dish?

    • @BritishianFoodbychefsyedrahil
      @BritishianFoodbychefsyedrahil  3 года назад +1

      You can put tamarind, but I prefer lemon juice, because tamarind is too strong I believe. Also I didn't have tamarind when I was doing this project.

    1/4 tsp mix powder? Most recipes I see call for 1-2 tsp. Is your mix powder stronger than most?

    • @BritishianFoodbychefsyedrahil
      @BritishianFoodbychefsyedrahil  3 года назад +1

      Hi Anthony. Thank you for your comment. I roast my mix powder. So it's bit stronger than normal. And I always use light spice than other. You can try.
