Thanks for the video Syed. I love Pathia and may give this a go. Could do without the background music in the video (or at least fade it well into the background) - just a point :) Many thanks for sharing though.
Thank you soo much Garp. And I am sorry this time I forgot to fade the music little bit. Do you want me to send the video without music by email? I can do that of you just drop me your email .

Please can you do a chicken ceylon curry. My local restaurant used to do a fantastic version not just full of coconut powder. They must have a new chef as not the same. It was unique in the uk Many thanks Andy

How do you get it red
If u haven’t got the stuff
It's the red chilli powder and tomato puree. That's all. No colour or anything
@@BritishianFoodbychefsyedrahil I’ve done that
Made this just it’s lush man nice one for the tips
Why did you not put tamarind in this dish?
You can put tamarind, but I prefer lemon juice, because tamarind is too strong I believe. Also I didn't have tamarind when I was doing this project.
1/4 tsp mix powder? Most recipes I see call for 1-2 tsp. Is your mix powder stronger than most?
Hi Anthony. Thank you for your comment. I roast my mix powder. So it's bit stronger than normal. And I always use light spice than other. You can try.
@@BritishianFoodbychefsyedrahil Thanks. Gonna give this a try next weekend.
