I love this so dang much! 🤩 I had it going in the back of my head to do this once I saved for a proton pack and found another Vulcan but never got around to any nerf stuff after finishing my bachelor this past winter. Amazing stuff, gentlemen!
That reminds me, I need to build my deplorable at some point. Found a clear vulcan at a garage sale, and have a clear deploy and a clear maverick to go with, just have to figure out how to strap them together...
I don’t have a longstrik, but I agree. Do you think it would be possible to make a multi barreled, proton, pack, fed Artemis. Or just a proton pack, fed Artemis.
@@BenthewildchildE750 You mean utilize the other barrels on the blaster? That probably wouldn't work for all of them if you used flywheel cages. You might be able to get a double barrel by putting flywheel cages on the two side barrels. Maybe triple barrel. There's just not a lot of room. Then you'd have to figure out how to feed multiple barrels with the proton pack. Or do multiple proton packs. Quite a project

I'm in the middle of a Vulcan/Hera/and a couple other blasters integration/amalgamation that I was in the middle of before I had to put those projects aside. Hopefully I'll get back to it one day.
Given the ammo feed isn’t on the bottom you could probably modify a military surplus HMG tripod to have a mechanism for the deplorable to lock in and be fired from a pair of spade grips behind the stock.Might not be the most practical for running at events but it would be a cool way to display it or safely let people try it out. Plus given how most tripods usually have the upper portion removable at the rotation bearing you might even be able to make it a modular mount able to go on something like a golf cart/old jeep.
Captain Xavier: I want to get my mediator working, so I can start on my under barrel, either a trilogy or a proton pack, fed Altimus. Where did you get your auxiliary patches? Also, what should I go with or I could just go with the mediator barrel.
I mean, that is a snazzy blaster. But I feel like it could use some more DAKKA. In a somewhat more serious tone, I support adding Proton Packs to everything. Including things clearly not intended for it
Hasbro loves reusing, re-releasing old shells that generally do the same thing the original did... this is what they should be doing! I can absolutely see Hasbro tossing the Vulcan into the retro release line for 100$ these days, whereas they should be overhauling the internals to a new ammo type like this, hell the belt storage for a rival or hyper hopper would be awesome. You guys did a hell of a job with this one. The vulcan is still iconic and still badass as hell compared to modern blasters, and you not only converted the ammo type into something modern but made it into a monster. Also what the hell... Coles selling Transformers was already odd, but now a BOOKSTORE is selling Nerf? Not to mention Indigo getting an exclusive over something like Canadian tire makes no sense at all.
Proton pack game mode idea: Each person/team has a bucket on the other side of the field that they have to fill up. The downside is that rival rounds don't count as tags, so wasting your ammo on people is pointless. Instead, tags only count from single shot pistols OR Mega XL/Demolisher Rockets
oh dear god i can only imagine the capacity if you used a military hiking pack. im 5ft flat and i can sit inside one of these packs with my legs arms and head tucked in. im talking about the currents USMC ILBE pack

Not really. There are only a handful in existence (only one MKII that I am aware of) and they are all different.
