have you ever considered, doing crossfit type training, since you are already really strong and with the tricking i guess you have pretty good body weight control and mobility. I think it would be interesting see the transition

Angel Amador you’re strong no doubt about it. Unfortunately people around your weight class are hitting way higher numbers and are most likely on juice as well.
Alfonso Pallan he would be competing in the sub-junior or junior category though. So for his age and weight class, he’d do pretty well!
