- A brief history and build of the APC. The infamous Atari Punk Console was originally called "Sound Synthesizer" in a Radio Shack magazine printed in 1980. 25 years later it gets a new name and becomes the beloved Lofi noise synth the glitch folk love! 37 years later and we're still using it. What an amazing little project!

You should make more videos like this. It is informative and easy understanding for beginners!!
How the heck did you not get more views! Your editing is amazing! Holy Crap you’ve got my sub!
Terrific keep it up Sir, Thanks v much.
This is awesome dude, I love this
Great videos for such a small subscriber base . Hats off to you to continue on RUclips despite all the crisis
Are you planning to make any more synth tutorials, you videos are easy to understand and it would be cool to see your take on more modules like a sequencer, an envelope generator, or a VCF.
Holy crap only 560 subs? I'd expect this kind of quality from a channel with like at least 2k!
Nice one dude!
Actual sound starts around
thanks so much man, the last radio shack i found was just phones and rc cars, and they had no idea about ordering manuals
Great Channel! Love the synth builds keep em comin. You sound so much like Rutlege from top gear america lol
Great video, some history, great explanation for beginners like me, instasubed, looking forward for future videos!
You did it RONG!!!!
Great tutorial just a really quick (probably silly) question as I'm new as well. I'm also soldering this straight to a circuit board, I don't have a breadboard.
Hi Jason, forgive me if I sound stupid! I really enjoyed this video and the simplicity of the circuit. But, I would really like to learn more. Can one make more than one oscillator, connect them together and then to maybe a I octave keyboard. Is this asking too much?Keep up the good work, best regards Jack
I have been trying to make it several times, but I cannot get it to work. All I get is a sligtht scratchynoise when one of the pots is at minimum and nothing else.
How many Jumper Wires do I need?
More like Beardboard Build, amirite?
Hmn I need so 555's
