I have had some excellent fitting by some of the best in the UK and I have had some truly awful fittings. AJ immediately gets high marks from me for how he quickly put Sam at ease with the process and how he listened to her rather than telling her. His choices of possible irons for Sam were good although I would now throw the Apex 21 DCB. The final choice of G425 is a great choice. As for Sam, the numbers show some areas where she needs to get a couple of lessons. The angle of attack is too steep, the face is a bit too open and the launch angle is a bit too low. It might not take much to tweak the swing and then she can probably add 10 yards to the carry numbers but with a lot more stopping power
To start the video you said going to let her try 3 clubs. 1 at each extreme and 1 in the middle. Which clubs were the 2 extremes and which 1 was in the middle? And what are you going by?
Her problem is height, she should average over 20 meters (65 feet) easily with that speed. Too steep angle of attack. I would not choose a low lofted club like Ping 425 for her. I mean 77-78 mph is very good speed for a woman. LPGA averages 76 mph speed, 104 ball speed and 24 meters height. So I would rather take lessons than fitting at this stage if I were her. With that club speed she could be single digit quickly with a good coach.

That land angle is the best of what was tried, but still concerning how low it is though, no?
That's a good fit to move her onto the next stage 👍
Loving these videos.

She still needs to try some more clubs and shafts....Ball height is way too low for that speed.
Agreed that more height is more proper. Aoa is too steep maybe the root cause
Well decent swing.
She’s got speed but needs lessons to sort out the swing. That will change her aoa, her path into the ball. Fitting now seems a bit early.
No her first clubs sucked if you hit that high on the face something is wrong with the clubs
why not a Wilson?
I cant believe that she can hit 7 iron 150
I don't want to show off just 150 is not an impressive total for a 7 iron
I am 14 with 8 years golfing experience I can do 170-180 7 iron
That’s total, not carry. Also the loft on these 7 irons is really low, 30 degrees or less.
@@Lewis678 cool story, you can hit a 7 iron longer than a female. 😂🤣

Slow that backswing a bit.
