Ava! I’m so proud of you! My husband and I did the same with buying a manufactured house. It’s so fun to watch you go through the steps and educate others on the process. I highly recommend a manufactured home to everyone because you can get in the housing market when it seemed impossible previously.

Hey Ava! Im also from O’ahu and my dream is to buy a house one day on this island too! But it will probably take a while since I’m still in nursing school.
CONGRATS on these big steps! We all know Hawai’i houses are so damn expensive and you buying one at such a young age in your 20s is something you should definitely be proud of. I cannot wait to see what the finish product at your house looks like in future videos!
