Sincere congratulations to GT and her fans. I'm a Gator, and you would probably expect that I enjoyed that tremendously, and you'd be right. But I'm also an old-timer who has a special place in his heart for GT, going back to when Pepper Rogers gave Steve Spurrier his first real shot - which led directly to everything that came after. I still remember losing to Tech in '79 with Mike Kelly at QB and SS calling the plays and being praised effusively by Coach Rogers for his talent as a young coach. Of course, I didn't enjoy that one quite as much as yesterday's game.
