It takes forever for me to watch a game as I'm constantly stopping the game, rewinding, and analyzing the formation, motion, O line blocking scheme, and finally the QB, back and receiver play. Sonny Styles is #6 the linebacker for OSU he was listed at 6'4" 235 about a year ago he's probably about 240 right now he looks slender but dude is rock solid OSU players call him Captain America Lol
On that 2nd to last play, that was a bad read by Gabriel. Playmakers and numbers come before coverage in the red area. When you have your best playmaker to the wide side with a 2-on-2 (yes, there is an inside defender but he's too far inside), and it's crowded to the short side, you go to the cleaner read. You might have the perfect zone beater called, but when you're at the 5 yard line it's really hard to get a clean read. Trust your playmaker to get open for you.
The snap on the jet motion isn't as important as he thinks. It still draws ryes, and changes responsibilities. Slso, remember the players don't have a bird's eye view like we do. The hardest thing on defense, is eye discipline.

If the same OSU that skullfucked Tennessee shows up to the Rose Bowl, they're beating Oregon by 3 or 4 scores and would beat anybody in the whole playoff. the OSU vs Tennessee version of OSU is literally unstoppable.
The game got away from an inferior team. It happens to better teams than Tennessee all the time. What really stood out was how hard the bucks were hitting on defense and how Howard suddenly became a deepshot savant. It was their best game of the year but that doesn't make them better than Oregon. And it doesn't mean the same game plan could or should be used the same way against Oregon
